The room was good, very clean, the hot water went off for a while and it was only cold water for a while. We booked a room because we drive a lot and the hot tub is always nice, unfortunately it was out of order. Other than that it was good

Nice room. Condiments not available at breakfast. My husband had to find plates to put on the counter for breakfast, as there was no staff to assist. Shower door very difficult to open and close. One elevator slowed things down.

Room had a terrible smell… yes it was clean but the smell was overpowering. The hotel was having problems with a group of kids… in my opinion they gave the group way to many threats and police came twice before they finally evicted the groups of minors!! They didn’t even have an adult in the room with them… eviction was at 2am, so when your traveling and have a long day of driving ahead of you the hotel didn’t take their other guests into consideration at all! And breakfast that morning was practically emptied of everything… sorry but this is not Marriott, this is more like a motel

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience at this hotel. We came into town for a funeral and booked two nights, specifically requesting a room with two beds. I even called ahead and was assured that this would be available. When we checked in, I didn’t double-check since it had already been confirmed on the phone — but when we got to the room, it was a king bed. I called the front desk and was told they had “upgraded” me because rooms with two beds were overbooked and none were available. That wasn’t an upgrade for us — it meant two adults and a teenager were expected to share one bed. I asked for a cot and was told one would be brought up. I had to call twice more for the cot, but no one ever called me back or followed through. When I finally went to the front desk in person, the staff admitted there were no cots available at all. As a result, one of our family members had to leave and stay with relatives. We considered doing the same but were told the hotel would not refund us for the second night, even though they failed to provide the accommodations we reserved and confirmed. This entire experience felt unacceptable. At a minimum, I expected honesty up front and a willingness to work with us when the hotel couldn’t deliver what was promised. Instead, we were left stressed and uncomfortable at a time when we really needed reliability and compassion.

This my personal opinion. The staff were kind and attentive. The overall facility was decent for the price one pays. I did notice a smell in the stairs area smelt like cigarettes at times maybe that was cause the windows were opened to let the smell out or it could have brought it in from people smoking it seems. The one door that required card access into the building was being worked on, in terms of security that should have been functioning so not anyone could get into the building. Their was doors neatly placed in the stairwell and those doors were rusty and beat up looking the 3 days I was there they weren’t dispose of. The pool and hot-tub looked clean, even though I didn’t go in the water ever time I walked by the water was clear so good job keeping it clean! My room was overall good. The shower has these platforms/structure's sticking out from the walk which is close to the shower head, it made for a challenge to wash myself since they stick out decently relative to the volume/space one has to operate in, those should be placed away from the shower head. The bed was comfortable and clean great job room service/housekeeping! all in all it was good experience and I’d certainly come back again since the price is great still for what you get.

Good hotel

Pretty good hotel room and decent breakfast. Some hair in the shower and on the towels. You can hear the road noise and neighbors but it wasnt too loud. Some of the grout on the bathroom floor was coming loose and it was a little sharp to step on.
