room was okay. air conditioning faceplate was coming apart from the actual unit. some remnants of bugs on bathroom floor.

Bang for my hard earned buck. Close to my business commitments

Upon entering the room there was a musty smell. It was also very warm in room. I set my bags down I turned to turn the heat off and the room air conditioner/heater was smashed in. The entire vent. I got the heat to turn off but when I went to turn the air on, it didn't work. As I went toward the bathroom there were food crumbs scattered all over carpeted areas, Noticed the bathroom door was shut,as I opened it, I knew why. Reeked of straight up urine. Almost made me vomit. Grabbed my keys and went to Meijer to get cleaning supplies. Got Lysol and sprayed everything down. Had the deluxe room and it had no coffee maker and only had one pilllow for each bed. I was exhausted so I went to bed I was jolted out of a deep sleep the next morning by someone wrapping on the door. It was only 9:45 A.M. I could go on and on but I'm pretty sure you got my drift. I expected a lot more from a Red Roof Inn.

Having stayed in many hotels in the $50-100 night range (and in this area) I was a little disappointed in the overall hotel - it was very tired - needs a good overhaul. On this trip I stayed in a RRI in Medina OH as well - it was equally tired.

Very nice place to stay. The only problem I had was the door opened funny. Felt safe in the area.

Great value for a decent room. Staff was friendly and professional.

the staff at this location are friendly, helpful, competent. Nice people who know what they're doing.

There is a smell in the room. The staff confirmed it is a non-smoking room because of Michigan law on indoor smoking on public facility. But I saw cigarette butt on the floor outside the room. Otherwise, It could be from the carpet. Anyway, it definitely has a smell. We should have requested for a change of the room.

Adequate for what I needed. Pricing reasonable. Bed was quite saggy and needs new mattress.

Very convenient for my trip for business in the locality.

When I booked this room I was expecting a clean place to stay in a safe area. That is exactly what I got. The carpet, furniture and bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. Check in staff was helpful and the desk professional the following day was as well. The mattresses felt a bit tired, but I slept fine. I liked having the fridge in the room. I'd stay here again, without hesitation.

Everything was very good...the only issue was that the room had a very mild odor of smoke.

Room was exactly as described....no frills inexpensive room. Clean but dated. Right next to a very good and inexpensive Greek Coney Island restaurant that makes up for the coffee only amenities.

My wife and I overall expected to have more amenities, such as a hair dryer, larger and thicker towels, and a bathroom door and front door that would close properly. Also, we requested additional pillows, but we were told they did not have any. The lady at the front desk, however, did the best she could to honor our requests. She was from Hawaii.

Was there for a grand total of 6 hours just to sleep.

This was the most reasonable place around the location where we had car trouble on a Saturday night far from home. We needed a clean bed which was provided. There were no extra amenities except for coffee in the lobby. There was a restaurant nearby, good as we couldn't drive our vehicle.

Good value for the money, rooms have been remodeled.

I never stay in the second building now as it has roaches and bedbugs. The building with the office is much better, although i do travel light and thouroughly check my belongings. Still it is more comfortable than the Motel 6 in the area. The rooms warm up quicky and will swelter if that's what you desire.

The rooms were clean and the staff was supportive, we had locked ourselves outside by keeping the keys and all the bags inside, but the staff helped us in getting a new key.

The hotel was needed for a short stay. It was what I expected given the constraints that I had at the time.
