Staff was friendly, room was clean and the price was great. Probably the best value hotel that I have ever had.

I was really angry that you moved me from my original hotel. Then the lady that called to change my reservation barely spoke English and put me an hour away from my original hotel. Then I spent 3 hours 4 different phone calls and finallly but me at the dirty musky old bad smelling rooms. I should get my money back

Very dated. Room layout made no sense - no side tables next to very old couch, had to stand on electric line exiting left side of bed and shinny out sideways, doors too small to get into closet easily, desk very small and junky, shower sucked. Room rate varied by 25% even though hotel was near empty - front desk person said it was out of their hands.... breakfast was terrible - eggs were powder, all single serving butter containers in fridge were open and when I showed attendant was told it was ok,

Close to family and convenient to many things in the Detroit area.

Jamie at the front desk was so helpful. Cleaning staff were most helpful also. My only issue was regarding concern about small bites - fleas?

Man I spoke with about being overcharged for a night I did not stay, was very rude. He over talked and interrupted me every time I tried to speak with him. I had to hang up because I was getting know where with this person. I will not be returning to this hotel as I have stayed twice in the past. I have recommended many others to stay there in the past and will no longer.

I used to live in the area and felt this was a convenient place to stay and close to the airport. I was surprised to see the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was closed and looking very drab. The area where the hotel is off the main road and in a very quiet area. If I were by myself I may have been a little worrisome in the parking lot. Other than that, the stay was great and the room was clean.

Reception at Comfort Inn was congenial and friendly. We were booked for three nights. The room was clean, except for clothes storage drawers were not wiped out and were dusty. The lavatory area was very small and only lavatory basin. On the second day we were leaving at11:00 AM for errands and discovered the entrance was closed. Later found that the parking lot was being re-coated. Found that it would reopen at 7:00 PM. We had visitors coming and it was awkward. We were not informed about the disruption ahead of time. I will not stay again at Comfort Inn.

The woman who served breakfast was wonderful, very attentive and nice hot breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pool was small but heated and was nice. I would definitely go back!

Three of us stayed here for one night on a quick shopping weekend and found this hotel disappointing. When we came to check in, no one was at the front desk and there was a note saying they were away from the desk but to call them if we needed them. When we called the number on the note, the phone at the front desk rang and rang (I assume it was ringing on a cell phone too with the person who wrote the note?) with no answer. Eventually someone came, but we were nervous we'd have to leave and come back to check in later, which would've been inconvenient. Our room was OK, but for a two double bed room, there were only towels in the bathroom for 2 people, so we had to call for more towels. And when we took a shower we found that the shower rod was broken so we had to struggle to keep the curtain from falling toward the middle since the middle drooped. The hotel was in a good location and the breakfast was very nice. We were disappointed there was no hot tub, but we should've read the description more closely for that.

Room was very comfy, enjoy indoor pool no matter the weather, good complete breakfast complimentary, and the staff was very, very kind and helpful.

We got a notice from the maid that the water would be turned off the next day from 9AM to 1PM. No explanation, no attempt to accomodate us if that interferred with our plans. We had to scramble and impose on relatives to get through the day. The HVAC in our room was wacky. Did not heat or cool properly. The room lighting was terrible.

It has lot of space by the side of the highway,Staffs are very friendly,breakfast was good and Arbor road has everything you want very close clean and spaciousby .the price for the stay very affordable,We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay very much.

It's your typical hotel chain. Free breakfast, nice lounge, and employees were very nice.
