Staff was great. We were there from Monday to Thursday night. There was Roofing Training for a company called Victor (?). Instead of renting a conference room, they had training in the lobby. They sat at the tables there and practiced their "sales pitch". They were there fropm 6pm to about 8pm every night. They were so loud you could hear them on the second floor. It was unbearable in the lobby. The hotel should have made them get a conference room.

I liked the various seating areas and the area where breakfast was really cool. I didn't personally like the breakfast options,but can understand the aesthetic and why there were that way. I really didn't like the area around pool because it was cluttered. There isn't enough room for 3 lounge chairs and a table. For someone with mobility issues it was difficult to access the pool while navigating the lounge chairs and tables. I did like the shower that is provided,but again mobility issues because water didn't properly drain and so there was a puddle under lounge chairs while I rinsed off. I can imagine anyone using lounge chairs would have been soaked while I showered.

Customer service was pleasant. Every one at the front desk was friendly. The room was okay, the bathroom door would not close easily therefore it was difficult to lock. The towel holder came undone the first night. When the cleaning was done it was the bare minimum and received a towel with a stain.

Room was comfortable and clean. There was an "odor " but we felt it may be from cleaning supplies they use, unsure though. It does have an included breakfast but not what we anticipated. This was more continental like bagels, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. No buffet style with warm foods. Overall still a good value and would stay again.
