My car was broken into while parked in front of my room. There are no outside security cameras. A car was stolen in the lot across the street the same night. Management was difficult to reach, but is in the process of refunding my stay there.

The lamp was broken. Trash wasn’t taken out. No extra trash bags. The mattress was ripped and there was blood all over the curtains!! Not worth $400 for three days !! Every time I called front desk no one answered. Went down and no one was there.

Was moved to a different suite because the one I checked into didn’t have a stove. Room 337 was full of bed bugs. Got bitten all on my arms and legs. Will never stay there again.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient location. LARGE room with full service kitchen. Only problem was that grab bar was missing from tub/shower.

Our room overlooked the patio. Three of the nights, parties of guests used the patio up to three hours beyond the posted "Quiet Time" (9:00 p.m.)and we had to try sleeping with boom box music and loud drunken voices. And we had early morning, pre-dawn wake-ups scheduled. Very irritating. Two of teh three incidents were a post wedding reception family (gathering at same hotel) for two nights, Saturday and Sunday. The third gathering was co-workers on Thursday night having a party with boom box music and loud talking.. Again we had a pre-dawn wake up to catch our flight home. I called the front desk at 9:45 pm to ask how much longer the party in the patio was to go on. Front desk staff apologized and promised to ask the party to quiet down...the group did quite down but only around 1030 pm when they all left the patio. My suggestion is add more signs in tn patio itself reminding folks about the 9:00 p.m quite time, or hire/train staff to politely enforce the 9:00 pm. quiet time. Our solution...next time we request a Residence Inn room we will ask to be away from the lobby, pool, patios, and other communal space. Otherwise our room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great choices and taste and good coffee. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably one of the oldest Hotels. Kept hearing people walking around upstairs.

Good place to stay and I would come back to stay here again

I stayed at the Residence Inn south Lakewood off of Hampton. The hotel staff was great, the cleaning staff were great and did a great job, the breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very clean, the hot tub and pool were great as so was the workout room. The problem was this place is that it is a very old property and Marriott has tried to keep it up to date, but the problem is with the structure. I thought that I had a 300 pound gorilla above me. The floors/walls were very thin. The furniture in the rooms was also quite old. But the price was right so what can I say. If you are staying there it might be best to stay on the third floor.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has dinner catered 3 nights during the work-week. Good breakfast. great place for an extended stay.

The location is great when I go to visit my son who lives just a few miles away. The staff was so helpful - they let me check in early since I have an hour to kill with perishable food. They also gave me some milk when I needed some late at night. I only had two small issues - the alarm was set and I didn't check it. The house cleaning staff should check the alarms when they clean the rooms. The other issue is not fixable. If you need white noise, bring your own or get an app for it on your phone. The fan in the bathroom is attached to the light. It can't be heard when you close the door and the noises from other rooms can be heard.

fitness center had only cardio equipment, spa was green, location was close to freeway access, internet access was free, cable t.v. was limited although movies were available, had nice half court for basketball, kitchen was well appointed with appliances and full sized refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, room/maid service very accomodating to our unusual schedule
