Hotel was nice because it was away from downtown. Kids loved the pool. Had a good breakfast and had food and snacks at night. Always had fresh fruit infused water available. Coin laundry and suites with kitchenette. Hotel seemed to be dated slightly though and could use some updating. Would stay here again though. Staff was fantastic. Just not the best Marriott I have ever stayed in.

My son and I attended the 75th Birthday Celebration for Jerry Garcia at Red Rocks. We were very close to highways leading to Red Rocks and Denver . The staff was very happy to assist in several incidents. The breakfast was good and the hotel clean. This place is a good value for events on the west side of Denver, I would use them again. Also there are many restaurants within a few miles.

We just walked into the hotel. The garbage out front was overflowing. I told the front desk. She said she would take care of it. Went for dinner came back it was now all over the ground and no one was at front desk. Just clean it up and be done with it. The hotel otherwise is very nice. Large clean rooms. Well located. If you want a great review clean up your act.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great customer service and breakfast was diverse. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen was a great size with a full refrigerator and dishwasher. Price was about $150 a night.

This hotel is older but clean. 100% of the rooms have queen sized beds. The breakfast was also average, some hot dishes offered. It's kind of off the beaten path. I would choose another hotel next time.

Very polite front desk staff. I wanted creamer for my coffee and they opened the kitchen to get me some. I had a queen bed suite and was very comfortable. The mattress was firm and the pillows supportive. I love getting into clean sheets! Paul Mitchell hair and body products were nice. Full kitchen and coffee products . Light meal served Mon thru Thurs evenings is great. Nice not having to leave for dinner. I recommend room 322 as it was closed to the elevator but not noisy. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel that is clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good and varied each day. Evening reception had delicious desserts. Only complaint, we asked for 4 towels and washcloths be placed in our room every day, and they only gave us 4 of them on two nights out of seven.

Stayed in this hotel as a resting point on a long drive from Montana to Colorado. Checking in was smooth. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was a must for our children. There are amenities near by including restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again.

Trust what I say and show in photos. I am Platinum level with Marriott Rewards, have stayed in their hotels all over the world, and loved their quality since I first worked in a Marriott Hot Shoppes in the 1960s. Marriott should be ashamed to allow their name to be associate with this hotel. The owners (Starwood Capital) have stripped this hotel of many amenities and have very poorly trained and educated (in the Marriott philosophy and way) staff. Apologies from Jenny Hankins, General Manager (GM) and Brittany Chase, Manager of the Day (MOD) were very few and insincere. In a nut shell…. 1. Quoted one rate ($53 which I indicated must be wrong; clerk insisted was correct) for additional night and arrived to be told it would be more than double. Chose to stay at a Comfort Suits (CS) two blocks away which was very good with excellent staff. Problem occurred because lone clerk on his first day was at the front desk and had no clue what he was doing. 2. Wanted early check in next day and the clerk (Alma?) said she would note my request, probably wouldn’t happen but I could “lounge and relax” in their lobby. Not true when you are Platinum and suggested she make sure it happened…which it did. 3. Arrived in room wanting to eat lunch and found a dirty greasy cook top. (photo) 4. Emerged from morning shower to discover no lotion. Reported to front desk (Mike) that housekeeping had failed to correctly supply the room. Mike informed me that they no longer put lotion in the rooms but it is available on request at front desk. REALLY!? At a Residence Inn. Also only two sets of towels. I always use two bath towels and a wash cloth my husband needs one and likes two wash cloths. Also available “on request only.” 5. Went to breakfast buffet next morning to find no decaf coffee. Katelyn Brown at front desk wasn’t sure why. Woman working at the buffet said they ran out 2-3 weeks ago. The clear message is that they were making an effort to do another budget cut. This was also clear in the food. Only one waffle iron shoved in the corner (CS had two), sausages were sliced very small, strawberries were chopped and mixed with grapes. The photos were the second day after my complaints and some effort was made so grapes were not mixed with strawberries and there was decaf coffee. 6. During the first night I kept getting faint order from the bed. In the morning I pulled the sheets and could not believe I was finding a mattress in this condition (clearly urinated on) in a Marriott hotel. As I write this prior to departure, still no real apology in a written note, email, or phone voice message. No effort to mitigate the damages. Katelyn tells me there are recent changes in ownership (Starwood Capital) and management company (Schulte Hospitality). My question—Are they trying to clean up a mess from the previous companies or instituting all the budget cuts? I am guessing the later and I hope Marriott pulls their name off this hotel.

Working in hotels I am a little more understanding when things go wrong. We are all human and make mistakes, the check-in was no problem room was nice, but not cleaned enough. I found a sweater from the first before me in one of the bathroom drawers and also a used towel in the dresser. I shrugged it off knowing what needed to be clean was, I hung out in my grandmother's room tell about 12:30 am and left about 8:15am i had some last minute shopping to do so I checked my account to find two charges equalling $350. I called the hotel to see what happened and they informed me that I was smoking in the room so they charged me 250. I was astonished with this because I do not smoke, how is it I am charged for something I have not done? They also said they had photo prof but there is know possible way because I do not smoke. The front desk manager Britney was beyond rude, I was calm and she was not compassionate or understanding, working the front desk at my own hotel for 2 plus years I know that is not the way you handle a dispute. Regardless I have disputed with my credit card company, plan and simple I did not smoke in the room I will not pay this fee. Train your staff to know when a room has been smoked in. Thank you!
