Great job

I love flying JAL over American Airlines. Staff is fantastic. Entertainment selection was impressive. Overall, liked it very much. JAL should train most all other airlines flying in the U.S. Thank you.

My first and best experience ever

Jun 15, 2018

Our connecting flight to LA was delayed so we had an extremely tight window to get to our JAL flight. The counter representative not only walked us through expedited security, she sprinted with us to the our very gate and made sure we made our plane with seconds to spare. She truly went above and beyond in customer service. Very impressed with JAL
