This property is filthy and falling apart, homeless people camped out in the parking lot and coming inside often. I called before making reservations to confirm they had a fitness center and got tub, when i arrived, fitness center was out of service and the hot tub was ice cold because they don't want to service it. Homeless people camped out in the parking lot and wandering the halls. Ceiling is falling apart, room was disgusting, rug hasn't been shampood in a long time, scared to sit on furniture, this was a horrible experience. The only nice thing was the day staff, she was friendly. I'll never be back!
The hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed and was well maintained. Dakota is an exceptional host and deserves a bonus for treating people like they are his only priority. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again
Very dangerous property next door. The desk person advised me it would be better to park in the parking lot on the West side of the building as it had cameras. The east parking lot did not have cameras and was subject to crime. Both the shower curtain rod and the safety bar in my shower were ready to fall off the wall. I had to turn off the AC units as they would not stop cooling. It was 66° in the room. The free breakfast was only coffee, stale bagels, horrid pastries, and cold cereal.
From check in to check out was a bad stay
Hot tub was not heated. Cold water from Jets . Mildew in bathroom ceilings. Tv would not show any channels . Stains on chairs in room. Gross
No coffee and no breakfast.

Place was quite filthy. Our a/c didnt work. had to move to different room, which was not stocked with towels and only had 4 squares of toilet paper on the roll
It was conveinent to where I needed to be. However there was only one luggage cart and it was in need of repair. The A/C controls in the first room I was assigned did not work. The battery needed changed in the A/C controls in the second room assigned. The room and shower were fine.
Not really unique, but there was a good mix of other venues within easy walking distance of this property. We were able to eat dinner, grab snacks, and get espresso drinks without having to get in our vehicle and deal with city traffic. That was a big plus.
The place look all run down and it smell funny. The bathroom s are dirty. It’s like saying at a very cheap motel in Mexico
I have stayed at the hotel several times while it was Hampton Inn. I see discouraging changes. The spa had sand in it, the pool was questionable. The pool and spa was not secured. The continental breakfast was not.
I found the round bacon new and great for the breakfast. That the back door had card reader issues was what I didn't like,but I didn't use it much. It is close to stores in the area. In addition I left something in the room by accident, and they reached out to me to get it returned to me. I would recommend this place.
The room was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful and the location was convenient for our needs.
