hotels.com reservation was not at the hotel

Thankfully the front desk staff was great because the reservation made through Hotels.com that was confirmed for us, was not to be found when we arrived at the hotel. I am unable to get in touch with anyone - person or robot at Hotels.com to let them know. Luckily the hotel was willing to match the price we booked for on hotels.com. We were just lucky that they even had a room available.

We got in very late so we were exhausted. Our original room was near the elevator and I asked for a change due to noise. They accommodated without reservation and it was even an upgrade! Breakfast had good options of protein and carbs. It is in a convenient location to everything. I would stay here again!

I set up the room on Expedia and when I arrived at the property, the lady told me they weren’t gonna honour the price I had on the computer ! Then she called somebody speaking in Farsi which I understand telling them she had given away my room . She tried to quote me almost double like she was doing me a favour I refused and then she quoted me $$55 more and as I was tired and had to be up in three hours excepted. PS I won’t be back. PS as we are preparing to leave she was preparing breakfast. She didn’t even offer us a cup of coffee. Don’t stay here
