We like the location of the hotel, plentiful parking, checking in was easy. Room was spacious, bedding was nice and comfortable. Maintenance was incapable of solving the smallest issues: dresser draws couldn’t be closed. Unresolved for 3 days!

I would have liked getting access to Wi-Fi to be explained better. The gentleman who checked me into my room was friendly and efficient otherwise. The room was spacious. There was not much to eat around the hotel.
Most importantly, I enjoyed the hot tub because it was relaxing and comfortable to talk and have a few drinks and it was very peaceful. The room was very neat and clean the view was good to see your car from the parking lot and see the surrounding area of my stay. Overall, I will most likey come back to visit.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was adequate, and the price was good. The room smelled like someone had attempted to cover bad body odor with a sickening deodorant spray, and everything was in need of a renovation.
We had to change room because first room was overpowering from chemical cleaner fumes. The fact it was for handicap was OK but the shower head was not attached to the wall. Floor also had loose tiles. with some cracked tiles. Front desk did change room without a problem.

It was really close to the airport, without all the busy traffic. It was an easy check-in, easy check-out, and so convenient for my tirp.
Common areas not well kept up.
1. The lady who worked the front desk Saturday afternoon, around 4 was very polite and helpful 2.The property outside was full of trash in the parking lot from people staying there. Staff did not go out and clean it up. 2. The gentleman staff at the front desk on Sept 26. was very unprofessional and unhelpful we asked about the morning breakfast he rudely told us you ask me not get it your self. I said that is 3. No towels in the pool area for guest to use 4. No luggage rack and when asked the front desk about it I was told that other people use them and keep them into their room until they check out, I said that is not how there suppose to use them when I have been at other hotels around the area. He said well I cant make these people bring them back. I said why cant you have a sign up that says when done using please return to this area? He said that is up to management I don't make those decision. Thank you Mary Gannon

what didn't go wrong. they screwed up my orbitz's reservation said it was cancelled and then i ended up double billed. would not quickly resolve the issue. room/hall/hotel dirty and starting to wear. we use to go here everytime we went to detroit. never again. there are 2 other hotel right next to this place. DO NOT COME HERE. they are doing bag breakfasts, NOT full breakfast like next store at the holiday inn. GO THERE. TOLD DESK THEY WERE OUT OF COFFEE, TOOK FOREVER TO GET MORE AT THE DESK. HAIR DRYER DID NOT WORK...SHE FINALLY PULLED ONE OFF THE WALL TO GIVE TO WIFE. WHAT A PAIN FROM THE MOMENT WE CAME HERE!

I liked the how clean the room and hotel was. The staff was friendly but slow checking me in. Once checked in and got to the room. The t.v. and the phone didn't work. I tried calling the front desk on my cellphone. They never answered the phone.
