obviously understaffed

Everyone

Uber driver dropped us off at booked location and when front desk clerk arrived, stated we had to go to a different extended stay since they were full. Went to second location. It's room given smelled like ramen noodles, had old food and very dirty food containers in it. Toilet was running also. Had to carry my own bedding for the pull out to my room along with my luggage. Second room much better, but no ice bucket, drinking glasses. Breakfast was granola bars and plastic wrapped muffins and coffee. The staff seemed very sincere and apologetic. They just seemed understaffed and the cleaning crew is not good! I normally give good reviews, sorry I can't do that here

beat up interior, pretty exterior

Everyone

The appearance of this hotel is deceiving, in my opinion. The rooms are outdated and have a general funk to them. My bed was gross. There were multiple cigarette burns on the carpet. A few tiles from the "kitchen" floor were broken. The bathroom was full of rust. The room rates are where they are for a reason.

good value

The room was clean enough for me, but some ppl I know would not have thought so. The bed was a little firm for me, but no big deal. For the price it was awesome. I needed to be frugal on this trip, and this did the trick.

absolutely the worst place!!!!!! beware

Singles

If I could give this 'hotel' a zero star rating I would. This place was the absolute worst place I have ever seen. Upon arrival and entering the room there were no doors on the closet, there was trash under the sink (which included dirty diapers), there was at least 6 strands of hair in bed and there was hair all over the bathroom counter and toilet. It was DISGUSTING! Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel.

Life is what you make it...the best value in Irving...I travel alot so I'm not picky...quiet and great staff... room was clean. It was small but it was only me. It's not my castle so no complaints. Justa quick in and out.

bloody pillows & dirty bedding

Couples

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. One can easily get fooled by the exterior of the hotel & location. Once you get inside it is a different world. My room smelled like masala seasoning. The bed cover and sheets had muddy spots and hair all over. The pillow was bloody. I called the front desk to report the condition and the African American woman, who didn't have any customer service, was rude. She told me to remove the bedding and take it to the front desk. I did, but once I got there, she handed me some plastic bags for me to back the dirty cover, sheets, and pillows. Of course I told that it was not my job. She insulted me. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is worse than a motel.
