All was fine except I had a shirt picked up by housekeeper with the towels. I know it was an accident as the shirt was lying under towel and both were white, but after speaking with front desk before checking out and asking for a call when shirt was found I’ve heard nothing. It was a place to stay. The room didn’t look much like the pictures. Everything was a lot more worn down and not as clean as portrayed online. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport on their free shuttle service, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than one night. Experience is reflected in the price.

The Building is VERY old and needs repairs and updating - it is NOT to Holiday Inn standards. The carpets are smelly and musty. The smell of weed filled the hallway, on our floor. The location is in an industrial part of town, and the hotel had the feel of a truck stop more than a Holiday Inn.

Nothing worked, first the door entrance wouldn’t read, dead batteries? Exhaust fan did not exhaust for my large brother in law , coffee maker broken and 1 cup. People were very friendly and helpful.

Parts under construction, no hot tub as listed, not a lot of food options but kids enjoyed the pool and easy to get to the airport. Staff was nice and let us take some breakfast items for the kids since we had to leave so early.

I travel all the time and have never written a review like this. However I have never had an experience like this either. Checked in around 9pm after driving back from seeing the eclipse. Check in was fine, however when we got to our room we found it very dirty. Carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, toenail clippings on the floor, used towels still hanging in the bathroom, and also dirt, stains and hair on the bed sheet. Called the front desk and the man at the counter brought a key up to the room for another “clean” room. My husband and I then went to that room and it was worse. We then lost trust that anything there was clean so we just went downstairs to the front desk to ask to just get a refund and go somewhere else. He told me that he could not refund us because I had booked through orbitz. I immediately called orbitz, who called the property. I don’t know who the orbitz agent talked to at the property while I was on hold, but they said they could not give authorization for a refund until the night manager came in. The orbitz agent said I have to wait for them to talk to someone else at the property and “see if they’ll approve a refund”. So now I’m just waiting for an email and my money back, but it doesn’t look like I’m going to have much luck. Shouldn’t have to choose between sleeping in a dirty bed, and loosing your money. Stay somewhere else. The Courtyard Marriot just down the road (where we ended up) was a much better choice.

Our first room had an apple core and a pill on the floor. Then, our second room had a bottle cap on the floor. The pool had a layer of black mold around it just above the water line. The steam room and hot tub were both boarded up. Kinda of a shame because it looked like the hotel was really nice years ago.

Nice stay
Stayed twice recently. Many nice improvements since first stay. Was told under new management. Second stay room was recently remodeled. Very nice! Hotel is convenient to airport with shuttle. They aĺlow late checkout until 2 pm if you ask. I used it because my flight was leaving around dinner time and i needed time to repack, so late checkout was very useful. Had dinner & drink @ hotel restaurant and also breakie buffet. Ask about coupon. Staff were wonderful. They helped me carry my bags! Would def stay again.
