The location was quiet and easily accessible from highway. Checkin was easy and staff friendly. Did not use restaurant or any other amentities but facilities looked nice. Parking was not the easiest as lot always full of long-term airport vehicles (I would recommend designated spots for hotel visitors that are closest to building). Mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall the room served our weekend need just fine and no bugs noted anywhere.

I booked this due to the close proximity to the airport for a quick layover. However, the shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive, when round trip the shuttle is 15 minutes. (This was at 12:30 am, so no traffic and I called twice, along with other customers) The shower drain was clogged and filled up with water so I had to take a 5 min shower after traveling all day. The remote control for the tv did not work. I slept for 5 hrs, and had to run for the shuttle to go back to the airport because even though I reserved it for 6:30, they were already driving away at 6:30. Thank goodness for the passengers that saw me running and asked the driver to stop. The trip to the airport was 6 minutes. 😐

It was a LONG walk from my handicap accessible room to the front desk and the dining area. The room could use some updating & repairs but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ordered breakfast at the hotel restaurant, only 2 waitresses working with a busy dining room. So it took awhile to get my food, but it was good and the waitresses were working hard. I did order room service later which was also a little slow, but the soda I ordered separate from my mixed drink did not arrive even though I was charged for it and I didn’t bother to ask for it. Every time I wanted to use the pool late morning/early afternoon it was closed for cleaning, but open at night when all the kids were in it. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it could have been better.

The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The space was not clean. There was hair in the tub and sink, the rug had stuff on it and mold all in the vents from the air conditioner. The second room was not much better as far as cleanliness but it didn't smell like smoke or mildew and there was no mold in the a/c vent. I would not stay again.

Save yourself the neck pain - book somewhere else

The breakfast food was inedible most days (overdone eggs, metallic tasting potatoes, near-jerkeyed ham) , the pillows were incredibly unsupportive, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the lobby seating was outdated and begging to be put out of its misery. The staff merely watched and smiled while I struggled with both my cane and my luggage cart. The rule about 'no one allowed in the pool area by themselves' is borderline discriminatory towards solo travelers.
