The hotel has definitely seen better days. There is a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Our room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. If you have no other choice, it’s ok, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel if you have other options.

Chair in room was stained pretty bad. Bathroom was remodeled recently. Rest of the room was very dated. Our keycard wouldn’t work at one point and we were locked out of our room. We went down to the front desk and no one was there. The only worker had left to run the shuttle. We waited for 30 minutes to an hour in a tiny lobby with many other guests trying to check in.

Halls were pretty dirty, from the floor covered in food to the walls being dirty. Smelly as well. I'm not sure how this hotel has as many good reviews as I saw. I would've stayed at the hilton next door if I knew the condition.

The staff were very nice, attending in our needs. They were above and beyond with their services. Valentina was very nice, she works in the breakfast department. But…..My bathroom was dirty and my sofa bed was in very bad conditions. The manager was very good. And the others employees were very nice too.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, but the facility is old and needs some repairs . My room had carpet serving as baseboard and it was loose and falling over. There were cracked tiles and a hole on the shower surround, and there was what looked like mold in the shower. Breakfast was good, food was hot and dining area was clean.

Elevator was slow. Cleaners are working hard but don’t think enough are employed. Facilities look rundown but working. Suggest getting a new van. Luckily we checked the night m mi up I do like the in-room provided shampoos, oils, and conditioner.
