1st room smelled like cigarettes so badly, we had to request a different room. Host was very qick to apologize and get us a new room. New roomwas nice but 1/2 way through the night we noticed the A/C did not work. Overall bad stay. Hotel has gone dow hill since i used to stay there just 6 years ago.

Clean room and competent front desk. Restaurant prices were high, service slow and careless, and food quality acceptable.

In my room there was a couple of lady bugs and the shower had long hair in the wall.

Took 27 minutes for the shuttle drivee to arrive.

So accommodating. The shuttle service, the check in and the restaurant are all excellent. The staff is friendly and kind.

There were only four handicap parking spots. It would be nice if there were more. The bathroom door was a sliding door made of frosted glass. The elderly lady in our party could not open or close the door, and the light from her being in the bathroom kept me up. A solid door would have been better.

Overall it was very nice. we came in late settled in our which was very clean. went to the lounge for a drink which I found to be extremely over priced. I understand hotels are often priced higher than a regular bar. 15 and 16 dollar bourbon shot is out of line. we settled up our 42 dollar 3 drink tab and went to the main common area to eat our pizza we ordered. 90 percent of the tables were not clean to some extent. this is after midnight. that didn't impress me. I then took note of a straw wrapper in the elevator as we went back to our room. it was still there a 9:30 as we made way to breakfast. you wish to charge big prices, better attention to cleanliness goes a long way. overall our experience was good.

Excellent customer attention and service the minute you walk in. Clean, confortable and quiet rooms. Love the convenience of the shuttle for early flights.

Very comfortable. Good food in bar. Comfotrable bed.

Didn’t like being in a room next to elevator. Noisy through the night. I’m s light sleeper and didn’t sleep well:(

All around nice place to stay very clean and staff very friendly looked newly remodeled

Great place too stay had all we could ask for really nice bar pool workout room very clean great staff just a good place to relax

My bed was "made" by simply throwing the top sheet over the pillows, no coffee replaced, and the internet was down my entire 2 day stay on a business trip.
