It was great staying at this Bed & Breakfast. I would suggest selecting the third floor room which has an attached "outside" porch area and it's own bathroom.
Great place...great location...great hostess! We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Incredible value for NYC and very close to the subway system and Brooklyn Bridge.

The townhouse Inn of Chelsea has a quiet charm and feels like a home away from home. It is a place where you can rest and relax. It is much like a bed-and-breakfast in the country but in the middle of the city. One of the very nice features is their breakfast room where you can sit anytime of day ...
Nice bed and breakfast near stores and shopping. The owner was willing to o a lot to make us enjoy the experience more.

The loving restoration of the property, the hospitality of the owner, the convenience of the location, the quality of the room and the amenities
I stayed two nights and would definitely stay again. The location is great- close to transport and in a fantastic area, but also amazingly quiet. The staff were really helpful and always answered my emails quickly. I was in the “Hot Room” which was comfortable, compact, and had everything I needed. ...
Advertised as a B &B but really a spare, spartan room in a house with no amenities what-so-ever. I booked this hotel as it was close to my high school and I was there for my 50th Anniversary Reunion. I returned to the hotel for the night at 10:30 P.M. and was awakened at 12:30 P.M. by a loud, raucous ...
Book a bed and breakfast in Coney Island
A romantic getaway awaits when you book a bed and breakfast in Coney Island. The beauty of renting a B&B is that each one is unique. A farm B&B is cozy and rustic, while a luxury B&B provides top-of-the-line luxuries, including in-room jet tubs and thousand thread-count sheets. And let’s not forget the most important part of its name…breakfast! Bed & breakfasts are famous for putting out a great spread each morning. Fill your plate with fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, hot eggs right from the pan, and a cup of hot coffee to help get you ready for the rest of your day.
All are welcome at Coney Island bed n breakfasts
Some cheap accommodations are designed to simply give travelers a roof overhead and a comfortable bed to sleep on between adventures or business meetings. This definitely isn’t the case with a bed and breakfast (also known as a breakfast inn). The right B&B doesn’t just host your vacation to Coney Island, it becomes part of it. In many cases, travelers get to know the manager of the B&B, as well as mingle with other guests. Many B&Bs also arrange activities for guests, such as hikes in the area, bird watching outings, or fun game nights.
B&B hotels have a reputation as a romantic retreat for couples. However, B&Bs are actually for all sorts of travelers. Book one with a parent, child, or your favorite travel buddy. Want to take your fur child on your adventure to Coney Island? A quick search through Orbitz will bring up pet-friendly B&B options so your best friend can come along.
