The property is partially surrounded by woods. It is very quiet and plenty of free parking. Nice place t take walks during the day or night.

The property is clean, well-lighted, safe and at night there is a policeman in the parking lot. Plenty of free spaces available to use.

This place has so many rules and instructions check in process is too long and the place smells like weed as soon as you hit the door the shower didn’t work in the room bathroom was filthy and the bed sheets had yellow piss stains on them that they covered with a blanket this place was worse than a motel 6 they need to decrease the room cost won’t stay again

Dirty dirty dirty! No towels in room, carpet burns. The entire floor smelled like cigarettes. I literally was in the room for an hour before I decided to book another room a few miles away. Yes it was that bad.

They had roaches everywhere do not go here!!!!!!Also there was weed rolled upstairs in the 3rd floor

The property wreaks of cigarette smoke and cannabis. The smell permeates the entire building. There was no hot water when I showered. There was no coffee made when I was leaving. My room smelled of smoke so bad that it made my head hurt and my nose run. The only reason I stayed is because I got there at 1:00 am and was to exhausted to try another hotel. The manager should be fired.

Plates and utensils were unavailable. Breakfast was basically just coffee and nothing else. Bathroom was not properly cleaned and hair all over. Towels had strange smell, and cigarette smoke in hallways. Very disappointed and may never book again in any extended stay.

This hotel is trifling! they had roaches climbing up and down the wall.

everything in my room was broken.... OH also they gave me tissue as toilet paper. never coming again

The lobby was clean, however as your walking to the rooms, everything smelt like cigarettes. When you enter the room, you can already tell its a dirty enviornment. The bed dad someones weave in it, food stain on the side of the mattress covers and BED BUGS!! I checked out literally 10 minutes after checking in. It was HORRIBLE!! No one should pay such moneu for such a DISGUSTING enviornment.

I booked a single bed room on orbitz, got to the hotel & was told that no single bed rooms were available & then was told that I had to pay an extra fee to get a double bed room even though I had already paid for a room. I get in the room & the pillows had dried blood on them! Dirty sheets, pillow cases were tan when they should've been white! Bathroom door was broken , room door was broken, lamp was broken (I paid extra for all of this?) I call the front desk & im told that there's nothing they can do so I'm forced to sleep in this filthy room! WORST HOTEL IN AMERICA!

This was the best place to stay with a family & if you have an animal it is ok to bring your dog. I love that.

Staff wasn't helpful towards all night disturbances drunk noisy man banging on doors using foul language wasn't a good stay at all even after police was called out to site

I had an overall Cool stay at this hotel the staff was great very friendly although the housekeepers only clean once a week the staff was very helpful in providing you with cleaning supplies tissue pots pans ect. nice location I will stay at this hotel again

Even though I asked for late arrival, the entire front desk was locked up. Me and my Bassett Hound, tired from driving 8 hours, entering a hotel with people walking around like drug dealers. The staff lady was very nice, but still many flaws with the place. Room smelled of stale smoke. There was old food in the refrigerator. I didn't feel safe with residents coming and going at all times of the night. Very noisy and distracting my my dog/me. Very dirty and old. Upon check out, the only thing the man asked me for was an email address for a survey. I said 'no thank you' (because emails get hacked all the time and I'm sick of it). I asked him for a copy of my bill and he said he couldn't give me one because I didn't book directly with him. Maybe so, but I gave you my credit card upon check in and I want to make sure my balance is zero. Too bad. Contact the person I booked it through. If this is truly how it works with Extended Stay, they need to work on the process to be more friendly and accommodating to the customer. In part, I am comparing this place to the next hotel I stayed at in Fayetteville, NC and it was like night and day. There really are quality pet-friendly hotels that don't cost an arm and a leg or treat you like a homeless person. Extended Stay is not one of them. I would NOT recommend.

Bed bugs! Filth everywhere. Poor location, no place to eat or shop.
