No supervision around the pool area. People not staying at hotel hanging out in the hot tub with their kids very rude, walking around like they owned the place (maybe workers using the facilities on their day off). Complained to staff. Nothing done. Won’t stay here again

Comfortable beds, over-the-top pool area, workout area and breakfast buffet with omelet station were great. Plenty of bar areas too.

Dirty washcloth in the shower and closet doors came off and fell on my child

Not what we expected. I thought I was booking a nice resort property where we could relax and enjoy the pool area. Instead we found a small pool area that was a KID Magnet with an OVERPRICED TIKI Bar. Rooms are old.

Rooms were nice but thin walls made for excess noise. TV service was out in rooms, but worked in other areas. Parking charges a bummer and despite safe area, lack of security for outside doors. Pool area was well maintained and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The pool area is beautiful. Love that there is an evening DJ on weekends. The was staff awesome, specifically Megan and Jill. These ladies have great customer service. The landscape needs major improvements.

Property is close to port and has several restaurants next door etc. My 2 biggest complaints are that the rroms and hall ways etc were not very clean. There was large amounts of black dust around base boards and walls were worn and dirty looking. The stairways are filthy and smelly. This is the most confusing hotel I have seen with regards to room numbers and layout. Eg have a 200 plus room number but it is on the 3rd floor. Go down the wrong hallway and you are in the 800s.

Nice pool, but older property.

When we checked in the staff could not have been more pleasant. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Very close to the port if taking a cruise, rooms were spacious but dated and semi clean. Pool area is smaller then what is pictured and was not clean and we had to go to the front desk for towels. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn't get room I selected but didn't complain because I was just sleeping there, I picked one queen bed and got room with 2 queen bed. Very noise, you can hear people passing your room and talking as if their in the room with you, I was kept up late due to this, my room was close to stairs and elevator so there's a lot more traffic so make sure they don't put you close to these and it would probably be more peaceful. Other than that it's a nice property and I would probably stay again but in a different portion of hotel. Staff is very friendly and clean

Property is in a great location. Room was out of date and is need of upgrading. Mold and rust in bathroom. Room door had gap where you could see light from outside and cold air draft from outside.

.

Constant traffic all day and night, clickty clacking on the brick walkways. Kids parting till 2 am

Everything! Perfect pre cruise stay.

The room was dirty. They never cleaned the room and we had to ask for coffee every day . They gave us towels once and never picked them up. We have done a lot of traveling and never complained. This is the worst hotel we have ever been to.

They was so nice and the hotel was so clean.

previous occupents dirty underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. front desk not too concerned
