The door handle was broken. The fire extinguisher "break in case of fire" box was indeed broken. The actual fire alarm was also broken. The iron was broken and when we went to the front desk at 11ish pm, they said they couldn't get us another iron until 7am the next day when housekeeping came in which didn't show until 8am. The hotel was not at all busy. We aren't picky people. The place was just old and tired. Only there for a cruise one night prior. Purchased a 10am shuttle to the cruise at 9pm when we checked in and asked to change it to later in the morning when we learned we didn't have to be at the port until later but the response was simply No. It was weird and shabby for a Radisson.

Room was very nice & clean. Only comment would be that it would have been nice to have more space for cloths. Closet area was a little small especially with the ironing board being stored in the same space. Although there were shelves, maybe a dresser under the TV could be considered and then moving the bench to under the windows. Also additional accessible plugs for charging electronics, nothing open near desk or night stand (although there was USB option through light.). Would consider staying here in the future !!!
