I did not like the property it was outdated. I will not be returning. The check in staff was not friendly.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. I love that the rooms come with washer and dryer.

This property location was close to everything. Food, shopping, grocery store, nail shop everything. Highway. It was beautiful inside. I had access to a computer. I lived it here. Only thing I wish they included was breakfast.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a water fountain and soaked the carpet every time it ran. The toilet seat was loose and slid around if you attempted to sit on it. The base of the toilet leaked profusely. Ironically, this 100% non-smoking hotel, wreaked like stale cigarettes everywhere except the room (the elevator, hallways and public lobby bathrooms). The bathroom was covered in mold, the air vents were covered in thick dust, that ac unit itself was filthy. It was covered in mold, dirt and a thick layer of dust. The sheets were not only dirty but were put on the bed inside out. The mini refrigerator looks as if it has never been cleaned and I do believe you can see the fingerprints of everyone who has ever touched it. One of the drawers is missing a handle and I don’t even want to think about what is being covered up by the strong fragrance that is being used. My over all opinion is this is a poorly decorated dumpster.

it was cool but not the way the pic look they need to update their pictures online.

The property was okay it appeared a little dirty and ran down

I felt like I was at a bank- and the person checking me in thought I was going to rob it. They are completely enclosed in a glass wall- I couldn't hear what they were saying. Not very friendly- made me feel "unsafe" if they need protection- what does that say about the property)

Room was clean, service was good, the only thing was the wash clothes didn’t look to clean So I just went To Family dollar and brought new ones

I booked a room for a friend in need, at this hotel, because he stayed there before with no problems. However, the last time, the hotel manager waived the room deposit or took my credit card info over the phone (I don't remember which). I had forgotten about the $50 deposit, done with cash or credit card, just plain forgot. I called the desk clerk, who was firm that nothing could be done, nothing whatsoever, to resolve the issue: room paid for and non-refundable, my friend in the lobby. Sunday afternoon -- I asked to speak to the duty manager, and she told me that there was no one above her in the hotel. I asked her to call a manager, and she said that there was no one to call -- she was the sole authority and she would not make an exception. I demanded that she call the MOD, and she put me on hold for about 20 minutes. When she came back on, she said she would not/could not call anyone, and would call the police if I didn't stop demanding to talk to a manager. I told her go ahead: I'm 2700 miles away, the recording would show I was not threatening her or the property in any way, and that I was demanding but not abusive. So she hung up on me. These are the facts, not an insult or personal detail.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a 3-day trip to Washington, DC. The room was comfortable and easy to get to and the staff was friendly, but the room had an inherent odor of cigarettes, a very loud air-conditioner and did not have a coffee machine. Also, the hotel's restaurant was closed for maintenance so we couldn't get room service or coffee and had to regularly step out of the hotel to look for other options.

It was the worst , the pictures show a pool , there is no pool , the staff were very rude

The hotel staff and location were great- only access to floors is elevator- keycard access required- staff don't tell you to keep card away from your phone so card kept getting demagnetized. Room cleanliness TERRIBLE-- black mold in shower and on heater/ac unit as well as greasy/ dirty handprints on ac unit- clearly not cleaned well

Earlier check in would be nice. After a long drive, waiting until 3:00 was a little disappointing.

This hotel was really one of the worst I've been to ever in years of traveling 2-3 times a month of both business and pleasure. The security, the front desk lady and the housekeepers were nice.... But.... Everything else was horrible. The microwave was 2 feet off the ground. The AC broke twice (I was only there for the weekend!) There were other guests making noise all night The "bar" had 4 (not a typo, as in three plus 1) bottles of liquor with crust on the cap. No wine. No beer!! The waitress at the breakfast area looked like she'd spent all night fighting a Bengal tiger, and she was about as efficient as she looked. They took 10 mins to bring me a tea bag. There was one other person eating breakfast at the time The place is stuck in the armpit of the galaxy. You'll be held up, robbed and brutally beaten if you try to walk anywhere around there. You can only get there from one direction on the highway, but there is no u turn in sight! So from the wrong direction on the highway you've got to drive an extra 10 minutes to get on the right side and in the place. There was no parking. I don't mean it was hard to find a spot. There was NO PARKING. I had to park at the red lobster and run the half block to the hotel. There were huge construction trucks everywhere in the lot taking up like 5 spaces each. Places smells of mildew and abject poverty Don't stay here. Please don't stay here.
