Check In went relatively well. When we entered the room, there was no amenities: no shampoo, toothpaste, no Lotion , no waters, ice, nothing but a thin piece of hand soap in the bathroom.. there was no bath towels or washcloths, there was one small hand towel hanging. Called office no answer, went office no one there left came back in 1/2 hour some one was there waited 5 minutes while waiting for towels. There was no coffee at all. When we saw staff they were friendly. .

The staff is very friendly and they learn who you are quickly, greeting you by name each time they see you. This is one of the best (if not the best) hotel I’ve stayed in.
