I stayed for 3 nights and we never had room service! No bed changed or towels replaced! Lack of toilet paper and phone in the room was broken! Room carpet dirty and sticky!

Nice place to sleep. Wow this property needs a lot of work. Elevators need repaired, phone and thermostat wasn't working in the room. Wasnt told when I checked in that you had to tall to housekeeping directly to have thenl room cleaned. So our room was not cleaned for 3 days and had towels on the ground and trash everywhere. New clean sheets each night would of been nice to. The whole hotel needs a fresh coat of paint, carpet, and deep cleaned.

This property was a very pleasant surprise because it did not look like a hotel from the exterior. The interior surpassed my expectation.

This was a nice hotel when we used to live in DC but is in a little disrepair.

Convenient location. Room was clean. Pool was not open. TV reception was poor. No restaurant on site. Building needs upgrading.

This is not a place to stay. RUN! when i pulled up it was people in the lobby just hanging out. Then when i checked in, i was told i would not be getting the king bed i paid for instead a queen bed. i was put in a room with the AC leaking all over the carpet. i went to complain. Front desk does not answer calls from the room. I went and she told me i needed to wait an hour and she could upgrade me to a king. i finally go the keys to the king room. i had to take all my things to the front desk and get keys and then go to the new room. i showered and went to bed. only to wake up ITCHY ALL OVER!! i saw blood on my pillow case, and black spots under the sheets. i immediated took another shower and checked out. I was told to call orbitz for a refund. so at 4am i did, only to never hear back from the hotel or orbitz. I am beyond pissed and disgusted. NEVER AGAIN

Very quiet hotel and very well kept and almost elegant inside. There’s definitely a wonderful staff, as well who made check-in, check-out and dining a good experience!

The hotel was very clear and the staffs were all very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk staff was so helpful and nice. There was one little mishap but front desk did call and apologize for the inconvenience.
