This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and all the floors in the hotel are dirty. Ceiling tiles falling down and ceiling tiles with leaks everywhere. The pool was not clean and there was broken glass in the pool, hot tub was empty and out of order and they didn’t even bother to clean it out it was nasty. I booked a double room with two king beds and was told they didn’t have such a thing. When I book a double room that means two rooms I thought? Parking lot was dark. And you have to walk a mile to your vehicle. Wife got locked in the bathroom and the full size wall mirror was off the wall and leaning on the coffee table. Will not be booking anymore stays with Orbitz again! Boogers on the ceiling mold on the shower curtain.

Very dirty hallway , wasn’t told pool was closed , one bed didn’t have a blanket , part of wall was unglued , room had other persons hair, coffee is gross , can’t get just a margarita at the food place attached , garbage all around outside. Front desk lady was very nice .

Health department should be called.

Air conditioning did not work in the room was hot, there was no shower curtain and the tub was dirty, there was mold spots on the bottom side of the ice bucket lid, there was a very large coffee stain on the comforter, there was something brown that was smeared on the carpet and the resemblance of dog poop, the floors were not vacuumed, The light bulbs in the lamps on the nightstands were dim and flickering, trash cans were completely full and overflowing at the entrance of the hotel as well as inside on the fourth floor.

We booked three rooms, all three had mold on the ceilings, in the showers too. Property is in desperate need of a makeover. Loose floorboards in the workout room. Missing ceiling tiles throughout the hotel. Talked to 15 other groups and all had mold in their rooms and even got moved to diffuse rooms and those still had mold

Do not stay here! Dirty and rude staff

We were there for a concert and it was extremely busy and we had to wait to check in, so we dropped our bags in the room and had to quickly leave before getting a good view of it, but we noticed the cigarette smoke immediately. When we got back at 1:30am we found some ants on the desk and noticed the bathroom looked like it had Water leaking previously. We went down to the front desk and no one was there (found out the clerk was sitting out front, smoking cigarettes with one of the guest). We ended up just going to bed cause it was only a few hours before we had to get up and check out. The common areas such as hallway and elevators, were filthy throughout the entire hotel. One of us woke up with a couple ants in our bed and then we noticed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling from the upstairs room showering. There was a puddle on the bathroom floor and clearly you could tell that the previous damage we thought from an old leak had been going on for a long time. When I let the clerk know at check out of the issues, they said why didn’t you say anything in the middle of the night and I told them nobody was at the desk. And when I asked about a refund, they said they can’t help me because I booked through a third-party, hotels.com, and basically told me too bad. I spoke with hotels.com and they are trying to remediate the situation..

AWFUL customer service I called the day prior asking about early check in as I was coming from Canada the lady told me 25 $ once I arrived the check in lady told me 100$ CASH ONLY atm wasn’t working so had to go find an atm later to find out it was a complete scam !!!! We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. We did not have to go out for dinner because there is an attached Mexican restaurant which was delicious. Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff were very attentive. They even have a patio at the pool to sit and relax. We have found our new home away from home :)

The location is really great. Needed to be at Huntington Bank Field and this was short drive away. It took us about 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, very large with an indoor pool, fitness center and even an attached restaurant. Our room was clean and very spacious with a nice sitting area. The staff were super helpful and polite. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Well, for the bad rap it got it actually was an enjoyable place to stay. Maybe we got lucky maybe that’s the way it always is but it was fine. Good room for the money comfortable some of the furniture a little beat up but not oh my God terrible. People at the reception desk were super nice in a Mexican restaurant conveniently attached was kind of a plus.
