The hallway lighting was very dim. I didn’t feel safe. The only open rooms (due to construction) were in the very back—again, I didn’t feel safe. I stayed at LivInn which was more ($99 v. $50) but I felt comfortable there. The room was not that different, but the atmosphere in the lobby and hallways was very much better.

Very nice people run the place only thing I didn’t like was the $$$rate

The location is currently under renovation and making false advertisement. No. Breakfast is provided. The restsurant is closed.

Large facility, flexibility in the checking in, assisted with luggage and very accommodating

Staff acts like they are the owner of the hotel and like if they dont have higher management

Property/rooms were very run-down, locks on doors were broken, refrigerator was laying on the floor in the room. Hotel smelled old and musty. Would not stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful front desk staff.very friendly

T.v couldnt change channels staff did nothing about it or comp me vacation for my b day no t.v. boring

room was dirty The table was raggedy and chipped paint everywhere Carpet was Filthy

Check in great Room has a musty smell and there is a stain on the sheers

a bit dated but much better than expected. Breakfast was exceptional a little disappointing that weekends you have to pay

Not a bad place just needs some updates. Slow elevators, strange room set up, long walk from car to elevators.

Really enjoyed our 2 days while attending a wedding

I had much higher expectations for this hotel based on the photos online, but the rooms and amenity spaces need updating. The bathroom layout was awkward and cramped, and my room although non-smoking smelled like it was just recently and poorly cleaned from having been smoked in for 20 years. The breakfast was mediocre, and the kitchen is closed in the bar/grille. I also had to be moved to a different room the second night due to a broken AC unit.

The hotel was OK. The toilet continued to run after each flush..we had to shake the handle every time we used the toilet. Only one elevator worked out of the three so there was a wait at check in and check out for the one elevator.

We stayed 2 nights here. After the first night, I noticed a couple gross stains on the bed skirt. I told the front desk clerk and she didn't understand what a bedskirt was. She thought I was asking to change rooms. I explained that I just wanted it changed our for a clean bedskirt. I told her we'd be gone for several hours. She said it would be done before we returned. We didn't get in until 2am and it was the same gross bedskirt. When we checked out I showed the front desk clerk (a different one) pictures and she said maybe they didn't have time to get to it. That's unacceptable. They should have made sure it was replaced or they could've at least reached out and let me know why they weren't able to. They were perfectly OK with renting their rooms with dirty linen. This was our first time staying at a Ramada. It will be our last. They obviously do not value customers.

To answer previous reviews about cigarette smelling rooms, yes, that's what we got first... but if you ask they'll get you a new room. The room condition wasn't bad... but only 1 microwave, a $50 microwave, for the ENTIRE building? It's by the pool's vending machine... you give us a fridge and no microwave, not even on our floor? A lot of things were broken... the whole building's layout makes no sense because you have to walk a good quarter mile or something to go to the elevator. The breakfast was over salted... so save your $9 and get it elsewhere... the eggs were so salty that it burned my tongue on contact. But the one thing I must say is the staff is GREAT! This one lady checked me in and was the most helpful. The other staffs all will help with reasonable needs.

I rented this hotel solely because of splash city. Splash city was over crowded and parents were not watching their children. I told the staff that I spotted blood on their equipment. The staff told me there was nothing they could do about it now and that they would let the cleaning crew know. The staff then walked around to monitor a different spot and did nothing about the issue. I will never again stay at this hotel and wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
