The cleanliness was ok. Not great but I’ve seen worse. It’s the people staying there that made it horrible. Whole motel smelled like marijuana. Multiple people w very aggressive pit bulls. These people were not overnight guests either, they were long term guests. No breakfast at all I’m assuming because Covid. My suggestion. Spend an extra 25 dollars and stay at the Hilton.

We got to our room and it reaked of smoke, they put us in a different room and that was better. The shower rod was barely holding up the curtain. The continental breakfast sucks.

Clean rooms, easy to get to from route 71 south, quiet

I didn't expect much, given the price. I would have been satisfied had it not been for the level of what I'm identifying as either mold, mildew, or a combination of both in room 114. I believe the source was the air conditioning unit, which was circulating the eye and nose irritating substances.

Property is very disappointing. Outside looks like it’s not in business. Inside wasn’t any better. Carpet in room was not cleaned and bedsheets not washed. Breakfast is a joke.

Nice clean place with friendly staff. Will probably return!

Floor wasn't vacuumed, used towel hanging behind the bathroom door and the toilet had urine stains on it. Housekeeping needs to step up their game. The side entrance door wasn't locked when I got back to the room after midnigh either.

The room I stayed in had an old smell to it. The pictures were VERY deceiving.

Property was older but the stay was good and the rooms were decent. The only real issue we had was the person at the front desk was watching YouTube on his phone and the check in took a little longer than it should have but overall the stay was good.

Small room and everthing is outdated, carpet looks old

The queen suite was nice with a window seat. Kitchenette has a small sink, microwave, and cupboard space. We had to ask for extra sheets, pillow, and a trashcan. Continental breakfast wasnt enough to satisfy, so better opt for Wafflehouse across the street.

I am in the middle of a move and needed a reasonably priced hotel to “live in” for a while. I tried this hotel one night and then tried a few others through out the week but found myself coming back here. The staff is very nice and the rooms are just perfect for a place to lay your head. Deff recommend !

Has everything you need. Comfortable bed, tv, nice, coffee. Adequate bathroom facilities . Just need general maintenance , wires hanging from tv, shower head needed attention. Room smelled like smoke, probably smoke free for sometime but carpet hasn’t been replaced. You get what you pay for!

Good location near highways and restaraunts, staff on duty until late hours. When arriving late to Mason, OH, staff provided late check-in so we could grab a bite at local restaurant after traveling all day. Room at hotel needed quick maintenance fix-up (floor repair, hooks missing in bath area, drapery hardware upkeep, slow drains) but the unit was clean. The day-to-day upkeep is good, the hotel needs a handyman with a few hours & tools to catch-up.

We stayed here on our way home from a concert, and the bed was comfy, the shower was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful!

Smelled of mold and smoke. Nothing like pictures online.

The room was actually nicer than I expected, so that was a bonus. The breakfast was a joke, so don't expect to eat there.

Close to shopping, food, Kings Island and people were friendly. Just my husband and I were in the room along with our dog. We had enough room.
