Overall very comfortable, I've been staying with Hampton Inns for the last year and half. The facilities are very nice, comfortable, clean, and feel like being at home. At this Inn, there are several options for dinning out that are close. And their is a theme park not far away. The workout room is a nice option for exercise, especially if you've been sitting in a car for awhile. The pool is well lit with windows for natural light too. The breakfast gives many options and is free with your stay, and the area for eating is roomy.
The hotel was not very busy this time of year. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay. Some of the items were not fresh. The pool and pool area were not very clean.
Everything was awesome including the staff!! The room was very near and clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff came around and asked did we need anything. I am a rewards member and I will definitely be back to stay at this location.
What a nice Hotel. Very clean, nicely decorated, check in young lady was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and a great shower. It was close to Restaurants, gas stations and the hi way which was very convenient as we were travelling. It was top notch!
We usually stay in Hiltons or in the Hilton brand. We've had some experience with Hamptons and found this one near our family event. We were pleasantly surprised with great rooms, new condition of bedding and other features and had a great stay. Breakfasts were of good quality and the staff was great. Internet (some reviewers complained) worked fine, even the "complimentary" level.
We traveled early for a tournament because of the weather, upon arrival the parking lot and sidewalks were nicely cleared considering the amount of snow and ice. The staff was great and the room was very clean l. We enjoyed the on demand tv channels. The breakfast was full of choices. The only item we didn’t like was the bed was very soft but that is a personal preference.
Hotel needs updating but my room was extremely clean and I value cleanliness over looks anyday. It’s not terrible decor, just could use some freshening up. Staff was helpful, breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.
I was tired driving across states and decided to stop for the night. The front desk clerk at night was very kind, helpful and helped me find a nice quiet room and gave me directions to various places I needed in the morning. My stay was quiet, my room clean and peaceful, and I was very impressed with this hotel and the evening front desk clerk. Especially after a long, tiring drive and fear of a noisy room, I can't tell you how nice it was that the front desk evening gentleman was so helpful and kind.
When we first arrived for a one night stay here for a family wedding, we were happy to get to check in early with 3 little ones. After that, very disappointed in the hotel. Several issues with our bathroom- sink would not drain, light switch did not work and the tub would not close correctly, hence not being able to give my 3 year old a tub bath!! However, the fire alarm going off at 12:45 am was the worst!! We called to the lobby to see what was going on or if it was just our room, and were told there was no fire but the fire dept was there to try to fix it. Then I was asked if we wanted to move???? What??? If it was the entire hotel, where am I going to move with 3 little ones at 1 in the morning??? Bizarre. Then, the alarm clock in the room went off at 6 am- apparently that did not get checked by the housekeepers ( you may want to add to your check list). The breakfast was okay- not a lot of choices and the potatoes were wayyyy too peppery. Then, when we checked out, there was no mention of the 1 am wake up nor an apology. Have asked for my points back- will see. Would not stay here again. The room was way too small anyway for 2 adults with children.
My husband and I have stopped here a few times over the last 6 years and have always been pleased with our experience. We look forward to staying here again since it is a convenient halfway location to Grandma's house.
