Well run and comfortable Hampton inn with easy access and quite surroundings very comfortable bed good internet speed enjoyed my stay very friendly front desk staff overall would go back if in the area
And not only is this hotel just barely a mile from the parking lot to KI, it has a great breakfast selection, and indoor pool and nicely decorated rooms. The staff was friendly and accomodating for special requests like extra towels, etc. I have to also point out that even though this location in so close to all the action, it's just off the main drag enough to be quiet and almost secluded. Truly a great value for the area.
We had a great visit in Mason, Ohio. Hotel was located right near the places we wanted to go. The hotel, service, and the people were great. Definitely would stay at this facility again. Breakfast was really good each morning, room was clean.
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip to King's Island. Our stay was wonderful. The staff here are very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast had amazing options. The rooms were neat, clean and had a nice sized fridge for drinks and snacks. Best of all great shower pressure! We will definitely stay here again.
The team members of this Hampton Inn delivered a great experience. Everyone went out of his/her way to make my trip convenient and enjoyable. The wait staff for breakfast even made my waffle for me. The location was great and the cleanliness superior.
The 3 most important things in real estate are: Location. Location. Location. Unfortunately, when searching for a hotel - that's just one aspect of finding a great bang for your hard earned bucks. As a Diamond member of Hilton Honors - I also believe a great hotel has: 1) Clean & well maintained Rooms 2) Comfortable Beds 3) Friendly & Professional Staff 4) Delicious Breakfast 5) Nice Amenities (I.e. Pool, etc) This Hampton Inn near Kings Island only has a GREAT LOCATION & a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. Sadly, the staff is overwhelmed due to it's great location, high demand, but with very poor & inadequate leadership. We thought this would be a great place for a family vacation: Go to Kings Island & stay at Hampton Inn. Instead, we got the last room as the hotel was sold out- a recipe for disaster. 🤔 We were stuck with room with several problems: 1) no A/C 2) Tub wouldn't hold water 3) Alarm clock in room was preprogrammed for 6am. Definitely was not something we had anticipated 😩 We attempted to contact front desk that night regarding the A/C problem - ring, ring, ring, no answer. We decided to tough it out. But the 6am undesired wake up alarm was just too much. 😩 As we were checking out we spoke with desk clerk at front desk. Sadly - they shared their manager had given them no instructions and they had NO AUTHORITY to honor the MAKE IT RIGHT guarantee of free night that Hampton promises. So we asked them to have GM (Chhaya) to call us when she arrived at 1pm. By 2:30 pm we had not heard from the hotel, so we called & spoke with her. Instead of having a gracious apology or any attempt to correct the situation, the manager berated, belittled & questioned our integrity. I would hope the owners of this property would work with Chhaya to help train her on better customer service skills or encourage her to seek a new line of employment. We probably won't stay at this hotel again despite its great location or delicious breakfast.
Chose because of location to Kings Island. Very helpful and professional staff and facilities were very clean. Rooms were nice and clean as well with plenty of space. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kings Island.
The Hampton Inn location at King's Island is one of the finest places I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy while traveling....and I will be back! Everything from the moment I entered the lobby to register, to the moment I checked out the next morning was simply top-notch; very professional, yet welcoming and friendly. The perfect combination for a weary traveler on their way home.
This hotel is above average! Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. It is very near to a Skyline chili restaurant and very close to Kings Island. The bedding was very nice! Will stay here again.
Convenient hotel to playing fields. Happy with rooms which appeared fairly new. Able to select room in advance via Hilton Honors. Quiet hotel. Good shower quality. More extensive breakfast items that included eggs.
