Very nice. Wasn't sure what to expect but the staff was nice. Room was clean, no weitd smells. Shower was great. Towels were new. Good place great price.

The Continental breakfast had a poor selection. Other wise we had a good stay.
Breakfast was advertised but was not offered. The halls and elevator smelled. I found the side door did not lock to the outside. Plastic and duck tape covered one door. The walls seemed thin, I could hear the neighbors.
I was not impressed. Outdated and not very clean. I’ll try somewhere else next time.
Nothing
We chose this place largely because it had an indoor pool. The pool area was clean, but MAN! That water was chilly! Our room was nothing too exciting, but it was a place to sleep and it was quiet. The bathroom was probably the most disappointing because the bathroom door would scrap along the floor and the ceiling vent was separated from the ceiling but not quite falling. The only other complaint I have is that the door to our room wouldn't shut on its own. We had to make sure to pull it all the way shut when we left our room.
I liked that it was close to Kings Island Parking. But with the name Wyndham attached I thought it would be much, much better than it turned out to be. The hotel was old and dated, my room was beat up and the furniture looked like it was from the 90’s. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and yet it was a non smoking floor. No continental breakfast at all (probably due to Covid guidelines). The plus was it was across the street from many restaurants. The price was good had it lived up to Wyndham hotel standards. There was one bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner or hand cream which is standard in hotels. It was fine for what it was.
It had an elevator no noise and i slept good. And it is close to Kings Island. A lot of places to eat.
Terrible, dirty, smelled bad not just cigarettes but moldy. Looked like someone threw up on the carpet in the stairways. Front lobby under construction, bare bulbs in entry way to front door. Pool closed and looks like under repair ( for years?) Rate at Hotel stated $59 USD, web site for rewards said is was $100.00. I would NOT pay $19.00 for this hotel.
