It was ok

We stayed in the king bed suite. Room was clean. Shower had nothing to stop the water from getting all over the floor. The window had a gap in the top which let cold air in. We really wanted to enjoy the hottub only to find that the heater wasnt working so it was cold. The chemicals in the room were so strong it was burning my eyes. I asked for a towel and was given towels the size of hand towels.

We arrived Thursday evening and were given a first floor room with a broken window. It would not close, let alone latch. As such, we weren't comfortable staying in that room when anyone could have walked up and entered. The desk clerk then moved us to the 4th floor to a room that smelled AWFUL. We ended up leaving the window open for the 3 days that we were there because it smelled so bad. It smelled like old cigarette smoke, wet dog and mold and mildew. The desk clerk claimed that there were no other available rooms. The shower had a completely empty bottle of body wash, but don't worry, we were left a used bar of soap with hair on it in place of body wash. The hot tub heater didn't work, there was no housekeeping, two days in a row there was no hot food available at breakfast time. Overall, a terrible stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Comforter was yellowing at the edges like it hadn't been washed in a year. Bath tub has peeling paint and stains in it. Breakfast was okay except that many of the things had run out and not been replaced. Renovations were happening in the breakfast area as we ate.

The staff was very nice. But the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room was very hot. The ac unit had the knobs taken off so you could not change the temperature and the wall control did not work. Our room was hot the entire 2 days we were there.

Breakfast options included cups of yogurt, a waffle maker, waffle toppings, breads, cereals, bagels, dry room temperature biscuits and optional sausage gravy, plus scrambled eggs and sausage patties. There were punch indentions on our bathroom door as well as up and down the hallway. Shower / tub had hair in it. Bed make a terrible squeak / squeal anytime one of us moved slightly. I stayed two nights. My debit card received a nightly rate charge, plus a third charge upon checkout. I’m hoping the first two charges that are currently holds on my card fall off, otherwise I will have paid double the agreed upon rate I received from Hotels.com. Even, if they do, having an extra $200 held up in my account is far from convenient.

I dont believe my room was even cleaned before i arrived. The floors were filthy, there were no towels in the room and there was a dirty used ice bucket that was also left in the room. The breakfast wasnt ready until after the post breakfast time. The free coffee was always out and the coffee station was dirty.

Parking was seemed secure we had no issues. Loved the fountains. Housekeeping needs to clean the soapdish in the bathroom it had old soap caked to it. Sheets and top covers were clean mattress pad had old blood on it. This should have been changed before the sheets were put on. Carpet in the hallway was new and clean. Hot tub and pool area is beautiful just need abt 2degrees warmer in the hot tub and ant 20degrees warmer in the pool. Evidently they wish to discourage use of the pool. We do like some other amenities such as water and fruit

The property wasn’t clean like it should’ve been. The pool is being operated against codes due to a cleanliness violation from July. They only do housekeeping on the third day of your stay. They ran out out of towels the day we arrived. No telephone in our room which was a safety hazard. Toilet wasn’t properly working no one came to fix it.

The 1st room they put me in the bathtub was filthy, the 2nd they put me in, i dont think they put new sheets on the bed, the floor was filty, good thing i had my own pillow and blanket to sleep on, they really need to have a talk with housekeeping, if they had to sleep in a hotel they would want their room nice and clean
