▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 13 guests if needed for an additional cost of $30 for the 13th guest sleeping on the Air Mattress.
▪️ Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with Pack ’n Play and/or high chair available upon request. Fee of $10 (bring your own bedding).
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. It simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The noise sensors are only intended to alert us if the noise is loud enough to disturb the neighbors.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in, subject to availability and fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 1 (under 20lbs only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises. We reserve the right to charge a $500 smoking fee if the policy is violated.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances. Loud music, voices, vibrations, or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. When checking out, do not leave windows open and doors unlocked.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (ChargeAutomation). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
