The manager was super kind and greeted me warmly he got my room ready early and offered me snacks and a fresh pot of coffee he couldn’t of been kinder I’ve stated many hotels some for five star in Europe and I was so overwhelmed by the hospitality and kindness of this little hotel rooms were clean had everything you need what can I say completely delivers all as promised

Staff so friendly and helpful. Especially rah at the front desk. Very convenient to Navy RTC. Loved the Shuttle svc to Navy graduation. Clean and comfortable and quiet!

There was a few things missing in our room and the only way we found out was we had to move rooms the last night of our stay. There was a light sconce missing on the wall, no refrig in the room, mildew growing on the wall and ceiling of the bathroom (shower/toilet). Other than that, it served its purpose for the time that we were there. Breakfast set up was very helpful for our busy days.

I created another room night reservation prior to arrival and was not informed that I needed to check out and move rooms. When I arrived to my room around 3p. We had a discussion at the FD as to why no one had checked on my previous room and called me to vacate. Luckily I coincidentally came back to make the switch. What would have happened to all my things if I had returned to the hotel at 6p as originally planned? I thought check in was at 3p, how would that have inconvenienced the arriving guest and me as well? No apologies from the front desk ( 2 of them). We were not pleased. Thank God for looking out for us.

The good is that they are close to graduation for navy. The room was clean but in need of renovations. Ceiling had major water marks on it. They goofed up my reservation. But fixed. When I checked out. I stood at desk for 10 minutes after pushing doorbell 5 times. Hotel appears to be run by a service ? They have captive audience with guests arriving weekly for graduation

Stayed here to see my son graduate from the Navy boot camp. Clean, comfortable, and only 5 mins from the base.

The hotel was under construction. The noise was unbearable. The hotel cleanliness is very weak. Breakfast sucked. We went to Mc Donalds just so we could actually eat food instead of Freeze dried Eggs. Uggh.

Staff was very friendly. We got our room early. I wish the beds were bigger.

The staff at this hotel were awesome. There was a Navy Bear on the front counter that my 1 year old granddaughter loved, the manager printed out a paper for us where we could purchase one. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient to the base. The graduation cake and cookies were a nice added touch and very much appreciated. Any questions we had were easily answered.

The hotel was easily accessible and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, utilitarian, and got the job done. Breakfast was acceptable with a nice selection. As a special touch, the staff set out cake for all the recent naval grads and their families, which was very sweet. I'd highly recommend staying here for a day or two for the RTC graduation.

Location was great and close to the Navy Base for the graduation.

The coffee maker was full of dust People at the reception are not welcoming at all Wired place, feel unsafe..

The stay at the sleep in was nice, it was very close to the military bass where the P.I.R. took place, and the staff was friendly. If ever I needed to go back I would stay there again.

The hotel is clean, location is really close to RTC. Juan the shuttle van driver was so helpful & always available. Breakfast was fair. Fresh water, coffee & cookies always available in hall. Has subway & McDonalds right in front of hotel just in case you don't have a car to drive 6 miles away to other restaurants or mall, or if your sailor has only few hours of liberty time. The only thing I would ask is for front desk staff to be more welcoming when guest/s arrive. At least smile or say welcome, tell a little bit of the stapled papers you're handing to the guest, & introduce the use of shuttle or taxi ride. I had to travel thru 3 different airports, arrived to hotel so tired , starving & confused from thousands of miles away to attend the RTC grad of a love one. The desk staff just stare at me until I said I'm checking in. No smiles or even welcoming grin at all even until after the process of checking in. But overall, i would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Much better than rating. Location worked for me going to Milwaukee in the morning.

Small hotel not a lot of bells and whistles but the all the staff I encountered were help. The hotel really caters to the people visiting the Navy base. Breakfast was okay.

5 minutes drive from Great Lakes Recruit Training Command the location was perfect for someone in town to see their sailor graduate. The amenities and staff were nice & I would go again. A great value at a reasonable price.

We need a place close to the Navy Training Center that was economical and convenient and this hotel fir the bill
