My first night at the hotel was awful there were insanely noisy people screaming and throwing a birthday party all night an the party didn't die down until 3 am. I tryed contacting front desk multiple times thru out the night but i received no answer then i tryed going to the lobby to talk to someone but no one was there so i barely got any sleep that night. Then the next day the key on my door would not work so we had to spend like 40 mins standing around waiting for them to resolve the situation. The front desk people were extremely helpful thow and comped my parking and my amenities fees because of the situations.
