I've stayed at a few downtown hotels in the Chicago Loop before and this one is by far my favorite! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, especially so close to the trains. Would happily come back for another stay!

The hotel staff are very warm and attentive. They do their best to help every guest. Guests can pick up bottled water at the front desk, and there is a spot at the entrance where you can temporarily park to load and unload your luggage.
