Excellent!!! Loved the location and how clean and spacious our room was... Definitely will go back!

Love the location of the hotel to all parts of the city. Everything is in easy walking distance, especially some great restaurants within a block of the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean with a helpful staff to assist you. Close to the CTA and only $5 to the Ohare to fly out.

Not your typical hotel. Very interestingly contemporary. Our room was small, but we only slept there. No closet...hooks on the wall. Contemporary wall accents and bath fixtures. My only disappointments were no DVD player or premium movie channels....although it did have a really nice wall-mounted flat screen tv....and no refrigerator. Ice was on the 1st and 5th floors.

Our stay was just for one night but very enjoyable. The décor was very modern but tasteful. We loved the amenities, like the coffee delivered to our room in the morning for free. The attached bakery was also very handy. Everyone who worked there was very kind.

The hotel is a super hip place, with delicious snacks at the cafe seemingly open always. And the berkshire room which is inside is a place you can get an amazing egg white drink, or beer. Walkable distance to tons of great food, and also tourist destinations nearby.

Hotel is in center of everything. Nothing is more than a short Uber ride or walk away the whole staff was great and down to earth room was funky with all the things you need - TV, chargers and Alexa Coffee service to your room - HDMI ports to connect to TV

The rooms are the smallest I've ever seen, felt like a closet with a window that overlooks s very ugly interior of the building Parking was $39/night and had to walk around the block to get to it Night Staff were fairly uninterested in being nice or friendly Honestly a very unusual and not comfortable experience

From being welcomed by staff at the door to our check out the next day, this staff went above and beyond. At check in they ask if you'd like tea or coffee brought to your door in the morning! They offer to bring up your breakfast from the cute coffee shop next door. Our room was neat, clean and with wonderful soaps and shampoos. Everything was at our disposal. The front desk folks gave us dinner recommendations and got us a cab in minutes. Our stay was a delight! Don't pass up the coffee shop connected to the hotel! They have amazing breakfast sandwiches, bakery items, yogurts, fruits and fabulous coffee. We loved the peace sign door handles, the record album covers in the elevators and John Lennon singing to us on our way up to the room. The room was very quiet and had a refrigerator, microwave and vending machine with beers, sodas and water for purchase! Everything you need and a great location!

Great rooms and great staff in a great hood. We were in town for a concert and this hotel set the vibe totally. Our room had an electric guitar!...nuff said. Check this place out, it won't disappoint.

Before you book this hotel go to their website and check out all their offers. We booked this hotel on short notice and couldn't believe our dumb luck. The location is excellent. The staff was excellent. They were eager to give suggestions of places to eat and the reference to The Yolk for breakfast was most appreciated. My brother was staying at a major chain hotel on Michigan avenue and the difference in ambiance and vibe was palpable. He and his wife spent the majority of their downtime with us at the Acme. The Bodega is like having drinks in a best friend's living room. The bar downstairs served up one of the most delicious whiskey drinks I have ever tasted. The bakery was perfect for a quick breakfast before hitting the town. Street noise is minimal. Only complaint was that the noise in the hallways was a little loud but that was our fault for staying out too late downstairs and sleeping in late. Cannot rate this place high enough. A pleasant surprise that will now be our go-to Chicago hotel. Well done Acme!

Helpful staff, fun look, comfortable beds. Would stay here again

ACME is a fun place to stay. The standard king room is extremely small but has everything you need. Loved the thermos-coffee delivery in the mornings. Loved the strange acrobat mannequin decorating the air shaft (visible from window). Excellent coffee shop/bakery on premises.

Great location for downtown Chicago events. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff, efficient housekeeping, and up-to-date technology amenities. Appropriate morning coffee and breakfast options available for room delivery.

Fairly-priced, no-frills room, slightly small even by big-city standards. Has a forced "funkiness" to it - towel racks are threaded pipe, lots of graffiti art everywhere, but it's not terribly obnoxious. Overall, a clean place to crash if you have plenty of plans outside. River North is at your doorstep, so there's that.

The location is close to Nordstrom, Eataly and Magnificent Mile.

I enjoyed my stay, with coffee delivered in the morning in a thermos outside the door at no cost, cool decorations, a pleasant and hip sitting room, a bakery and bar downstairs, and everything close by! So cozy, a real get away.

We had a great stay and the staff were VERY nice and friendly.

This hotel is awesome. It makes you feel like you're at home in Chicago. It's ideally located near restaurants and shopping. Minutes away from tourist locations as well. Hotel staff is top notch. Very friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this hotel to a friend.

The Acme Hotel is in the midst of everything! Walking distance to the John Hancock Building, Luxury shops at Michigan Avenue. There is a generous selection of places to eat within a 2 block radius. i was very pleased with the cleanness of the place overall. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to be at the center of the city. It's a very cute boutique hotel!

Perfect location, great value, wonderful staff. Repeat guest, will return
