We have season passes to Busch gardens. I live about and hour and a half away but I wanted to treat my son to a special night away for the holiday weekend. I saw that there was an on site restaurant, coffee shop and indoor pool so I though this was the perfect place for mt 5 year old and I. I packed out bathing suits and promised my son we would go swimming after trick or treating at Busch Gardens. We checked in to find out the indoor pool was closed but don't worry, the outdoor pool is heated. It was 58 degrees outside. I asked if the restaurant was walking distance from my unit. The unapologetic receptionist rolled her eyes and replied "also closed." Perfect! I got back in my car to go out to dinner. At that point, I would have been better off just going home. The next morning we woke up to find out the coffee shop was, you guessed it, not open. Staying over night was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Total let down.
Stayed there while visiting local museums. Was convenient and nice facility.
Rooms were very outdated & rugs needed to be vacuumed more.
The indoor pool was completely overcrowded. There should be sessions during peak hours.

The property itself was nice and grounds were well kept. Our first night was very peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately our second night was not so pleasant and peaceful. The unit that was located next to ours was filled with 20 young adults/teenagers that were basically throwing a house party. I’m sure that the people that were at the resort were not all registered guest. We called security several times well after midnight to complain about the loud music, people outside in the front and back of our unit being extremely loud and disrespectful, slamming doors banging on walls to obviously intimidate us in our unit. After security showed up the party continued until 3:00am and that’s when the banging on our doors and ringing the doorbell started. My wife and I had stayed here 10 years ago and loved the resort. Sadly due to our last experience this will be our last stay here. The following morning resort manager did try to appease us with refunding our resort fee, $56.00 and two $25 dollar vouchers to their on-site restaurant. I would have preferred to be refunded for at least one nights stay but since I booked through a 3rd party they said they could not accommodate. I would not recommend this resort due to the lack of management control for access to the resort and safety and security of registered guest. Also, if you book through a 3rd party be aware that this is a timeshare property and they will try to solicit the purchase of their properties upon arrival.

The one bedroom suite on the ground floor was spacious with plenty of room. The property grounds were huge and lovely. Facilities needed upgrading. The fitness weight machine showed some rust. The outdoor pool water was sometimes murky and should be tested more often. We requested extra toilet paper and trash bags and it took a day to get them delivered. Enjoyed the stay but needs improvement.
We had a very nice stay. Only issue our tub kept leaking.
