Checkin was smooth, location was great-close to everything. Stocked kitchen, large backyard, lots of space. Zero complaints.

We took our dog with us on this visit to spend time with our kids and grandkids who live in the area. It was the perfect property for humans and dog alike ... clean, comfortable, convenient.

This is our second stay here. Host was very accommodating in our needs. Location is close to shopping and the expressway. Quiet neighborhood. Host had the house well stocked for our 4 night stay

Just what we needed!

The house was the perfect size and was well equipped to accommodate my family (including our dog) while we were in town. The owner was incredibly responsive and proactively communicated everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay.

Perfect for stay near family

Welcoming home for holiday vacation near family. Clean and convenient. Near shopping and greenway. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to 485. Good yard for dogs. Fairly well-stocked kitchen, which really helped at Thanksgiving.

Was here for work at catawba nuclear plant. Didnt get to go out and enjoy Charlotte but Very nice house and location was great. Only thing i really dont like is the traffic but that has nothing to do with the home !

Great Location in South Charlotte

This 3 BR 2 Bath home was very clean, well furnished and a very comfortable 3 night stay in Pineville NC which is a location next to south Charlotte! It is easy access to Carolina Mall, restaurants and medical care if ever needed.In the summertime it is a very short drive to Carowinds an Amusement Park in SC.We would stay here again when visiting Family in Charlotte.

Great Stay!

Our stay at this VRBO in Charlotte, NC, was fantastic! The three-bedroom home was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping, making it super convenient to explore the area. The fast internet was a plus, and we had a blast playing the Pac-Man arcade game! Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Charlotte.

Great stay!

We stayed her for a youth soccer event at OrthoCarolina soccer complex. The location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute drive to the soccer fields.The owner was great! He was in communication regularly and was attentive to anything needed. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival.Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location in suburban Charlotte for our two month summer stay. We had a need to be in the Pineville area on a daily basis and everything was accessible in a 5-10 minute drive. The house is super clean, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the option to cook in or out (gas grill on the deck) was quite nice. Back yard is large and, although we didn’t bring our dog on this trip, provides a nice area for pet or kid outdoor play. Would definitely book again on future trips.

Arrival of Grandson

We selected this property based on location to our son/wife home. They were expecting our first grandchild. This home was conveniently located to their home, was very close to the interstate allowing us easy access to the hospital. It is close to many retail establishments - food restaurants, shopping. The property provided the space we needed for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We also brought along our dog. The neighborhood was nice to walk him. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet - except for a couple barking dogs. Overall, I would stay here again if in town.
