A large boat dock, kayaks, a patio with a built-in grilling area, a screened-in porch for enjoying the sunset, and fire-pit (coming soon) all lend to this beautiful 1.4 acre fenced outdoor space (perfect for letting the dogs roam free) on a quiet cove right off Lake Norman's Main Channel. Bring your boat, bring your pets, just leave the stress of work behind as you relax among the serenity of the lake and the wildlife that inhabit this area. The cottage is adorned with all new appliances and and everything you'll need to relax and unwind. But who wants to be inside with so much to do right outside your door?
