Close to a number of fast food restaurants, easy access to freeway. Roads currently under construction, but noise wasn't an issue. Room was okay overall, but not fantastic. You get what you pay for... but staff was friendly and overall stay was without issue.
The property was clean and the desk manager was very pleasant. The price of the room was reasonable and well suited our purpose.
The location to Hwy 77 was great, there was fast food & gas stations close by. Room was good, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room and decor were very dated. But I would stay there again on my way back up to PA.

The place is worn, some furnishings chipped, but clean with a comfortable bed. The toilet rocks in the handicapped room snd should be looked at.
I liked the location. Very near from the airport. I didn’t like the facilities. Some of the areas of the hotel were in bad shape.
If you don’t like your job, Quit!!! The person that was on duty was rude and nasty.

The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel was in a great location and was convenient to Carowinds but the hotel was very lacking when it came to amenities.
The folks at the front desk were great. The room was dated and we asked to be moved from one which smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room was generally clean, except for the bolster pillows on the bed which were stained. The bathroom and sheets were clean, but the wooded table had a sticky top.
Only thing I'd change is to make breakfast last until 10am, at least on weekends.
