The room that I RESERVED and had already paid for was unavailable. Nothing was done to make it right outside of offer another room.

The room was very clean as it is a remodeled hotel. But it is an older property. But again, I said it had been remodeled. They feel that their property is nice enough that you do not have a breakfast included. You can pay for it. I feel for the price and for the age of the property that breakfast should be included. And the back door by the pool was always open so anybody can walk in the hotel. That doesn’t seem very safe. But the area is safe. Anyway it felt that way.
