Going to start off by saying I have been staying at this Holiday Inn once a year for the last 3 years around the same time due to the United States Disc Golf Championships being in Rock Hill every October. This is the first time that I have had any type of issue. I stayed there for 3 nights this time. Saturday morning I went down stairs for breakfast. No issue Saturday. Sunday morning I go downstairs for breakfast. This time, I was asked for a breakfast coupon. I informed the girl that was working I was never given any sort of breakfast coupon upon check in, they usually just ask for my room number and last name, verify it on their list, and that’s it. She tells me I need a breakfast coupon or I’ll have to have the breakfast charged to my room. I mention to her that this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and this has never been brought to my attention. Why am I just now being told this. Her response, I don’t know but do you want the

Great hotel- will be our go-to in the future in this area. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable and the bathroom has a fan which is important to me. AC worked well. Pool was warm and perfect for the kids. Courteous staff. Only downside was no free breakfast but that’s because you can pay for a really good one at the restaurant.

We had to change rooms three times. The first room had toilet issues. The second room, the bathroom door would not close because it had completely come off the hinges. The third room was fine. Room service food was horrible and we had to DoorDash something else.

A basically ne holiday inn. In our case offering better value and better services than the standard Hampton inn. They have a bar and clean spacious lobby. For middle hotel this is plus hotel.

The room was very clean as it is a remodeled hotel. But it is an older property. But again, I said it had been remodeled. They feel that their property is nice enough that you do not have a breakfast included. You can pay for it. I feel for the price and for the age of the property that breakfast should be included. And the back door by the pool was always open so anybody can walk in the hotel. That doesn’t seem very safe. But the area is safe. Anyway it felt that way.
