Going to start off by saying I have been staying at this Holiday Inn once a year for the last 3 years around the same time due to the United States Disc Golf Championships being in Rock Hill every October. This is the first time that I have had any type of issue. I stayed there for 3 nights this time. Saturday morning I went down stairs for breakfast. No issue Saturday. Sunday morning I go downstairs for breakfast. This time, I was asked for a breakfast coupon. I informed the girl that was working I was never given any sort of breakfast coupon upon check in, they usually just ask for my room number and last name, verify it on their list, and that’s it. She tells me I need a breakfast coupon or I’ll have to have the breakfast charged to my room. I mention to her that this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and this has never been brought to my attention. Why am I just now being told this. Her response, I don’t know but do you want the
