This beautiful and comfy home is located close to everything. Please no parties. Nestled in the hospitable 17 ac. neighborhood the house is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things to cook, eat, drink and be merry ( no parties). A very relaxing space suitable for any guests coming to our area. This house is walking distance to Winthrop, Winthrop Colosseum and the Disc Golf course.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

This was the perfect place for 2 nights. I was in town for a friend's wedding and this house was great. It's in a good location, the house is adorable, and communication was clear and timely. My only wish is that we'd had more time to enjoy the main areas of the house and the screened in porch. Our weekend was jammed packed so we were mainly only at the house to sleep and shower.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at the Milton House as part of a writer’s retreat—it was perfect! We felt we were in a cocoon, which is what we needed. We enjoyed the screen porch for our meals. We also enjoyed the neighborhood—perfect for our walks, and very close to coffee. The house was convenient to all the places we visited. I would definitely return!

Lovely home in great location

We were in town to attend a family wedding. Home was centrally located for all of our venues and activities. It was clean and nices furnished and well equipped. We would recommend adding some facial tissue and instructions for the large screen TV in the living area. .

Best VRBO stay ever!

The house was adorable and in a great neighborhood . This is the best deal on the market . I searched other VRBOs in rock hill and they were more expensive and not nearly as nice as this one . The house is very well appointed. Would love to buy this house .
