This is a three bedroom one bath bungalow located directly across the street from Rock Hill's beautiful Glencarin Garden. There are several fountains, swings, and walk ways that your family will surely enjoy. The Garden Spot is located within a mile from downtown Rock Hill, Winthrop University, and Rock Hill's Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in every bedroom. 803 area code 517-2411



This bungalow was built circa 1928 and features 9 ft ceilings, pine floors, and a newly refinished original ball and claw tub. The tub has a hand wand but no shower.

Great Location! The heart of Rock Hill. 25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes to Carowinds, 15 minutes to Fort Mill.
