The property is in disrepair, first room they gave us the refrigerator door was literally broke off the appliance and there were no light bulbs in the bathroom.

Uncomfortable,unsafe place to stay dirty and needs to remodel

The prior occupants had a fight with Bengay product. Yes, the sports cream. Now the room smells of it so much it burns your nose. The hotel management needs to seal off this room, and clean and clear it out before occupants occupy it.

All the prices just went up for the hotel but there's nothing extra that were paying for.

Stayed here a few times. Dale, the gentleman at the front desk in the evening, is friendly and most helpful. Going back at end of month and will stay again.

Elevator is broke. Elevator has been broke for 6 months and there are no indicators that they are going to strive to fix it anytime soon.

Been staying here a day or 2 each week all year for business travel and every week they say the Elevator will get fixed and every week when I show up it's not been touched. The apathetic manager doesn't care. Meanwhile I keep getting put on the 3rd and 4th floor lugging all my luggage up and down. UNHAPPY

The hotel seemed like they had quit caring. The elevator had been out for a month. The printer in business space didn’t work and hadn’t for weeks. One day the made up one bed and not the other. They never replaced coffee packets or towels without asking. And remember— the elevator didn’t work on all these trips to the desk. Breakfast was pitiful. I’ve stayed at Microtels before and had good experiences , but skip this one.

Everything about this hotel is perfectly fine except the elevator has been broken for many months. According to the Ada regulations this hotel has been in violation for many months and shows no signs of getting the elevator fixed in spite of talking to thr owner and management of the hotel for many months over and over. My recommendation to the US Department of Justice / civil rights division / disability rights section, this hotel should be shutdown forthwith until the elevator is fixed.

The beds and pillows were a -10 rating unless you don't mind sleeping on a dining room table

Overall quality of the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and prepped, albeit they were little short staffed and a lot of people checked out late so they had a little bit of trouble getting the rooms prepared for a lot of influx of people checking in all at the same time at 5 p.m. But within a matter of 10 minutes they were all caught up with no difficulties. The elevator is broke. The elevator has been broke for 6 months now and the owner is not motivated to get it fixed anytime soon. The owner was a pathetic about fixing the elevator in spite of me and several other people talking to management several times. Anybody handicapped will not get along in this hotel if they schedule you for any floor other than the first floor because you will be forced to use the stairs.

Hotel was clean and easy access from highway. Truck parking. Only downside was the room was small and elevator was out of service.

Everything was good friendly people and staff only stay one day

They do about as good of a job as I've seen keeping this place clean. Considering the price point, it's really hard to beat. The only suggestion I'd make is to not let people smoke directly outside the front and rear doors. This is frustrating, but it's not a problem that's unique to this property. Happens lots of places. All in all, very good.

Modern, comfortable room. Very nice employees and close to lots of places to dine. Quality complimentary breakfast.

Spent the night after flight travel all day. We were late arrivals and since we had notified them they had everything ready for our check in.

My husband and I were in town for a family funeral. It was a quick overnight stay. We checked in rather late because we went straight to funeral home from airport. The desk person, Kenny, was extremely friendly and helpful after a very long and busy day. He even made us fresh coffee that evening. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Plan on returning for a longer stay and will definitely return to here again.

The location was good between Ohio and Fla. Its close to many casual restaurants. The staff weren't the fastest and the room key didn't work the first time around. The room was clean and comfortable. The room air conditioner wasn't on when we got to the room, but it worked quickly to cool us off. Overall, a slightly above average place to stay.

broken elevator

Dear Anonymous Thank You for your review of our hotel. On behalf our hotel, I want to apologize for our elevator be out of order. The reason for the delay was waiting on the insurance company which took two months, and the part which was needed was ordered but back ordered for 3 months. The part was the jack and jacking pack which pushes the elevator up and down. It is one whole piece, which goes up 4 floors. Because this is a specialized piece and has to be custom made, is why the elevator is taking longer than normal to fix. The company makes this part for other hotels, office building, schools, and other places where elevator jacks are needed. Also, with the construction boom, this is why there is a back up. I am sorry if we failed to accommodate your needs. Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. As far as the ADA regulations, I appreciate bringing this up. Our hotel has two ADA rooms on the first floor which we can accommodate your needs. I am sorry that if we failed to accommodate you needs. If you if feel our hotel does not fit your needs at this time then there are other hotels in the area that may fit your needs.
