I paid for a King size bed and when I checked in, they said it wasn’t available. Completely unacceptable. Area isn’t safe. Sketchy people walking around and knocking on doors. Trash outside stacked next to the cans. Back parking lot is very sketchy. People doing weird stuff which I won’t go into details. Couldn’t sleep at all due to safety issues. Toilet didn’t flush properly. It was the worst Red Roof Inn I have stayed in. Will never stay here again.

My flight was cancelled and I was so grateful for how easy it was to book a room and how quickly the shuttle arrived to pick me up. Compared to the price of nearby hotels, this was a bargain for exactly what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Booked hotel after midnight sent my daughter there to spend the night after a delayed flight and she arrived they said they couldn’t find a reservation after midnight, she had to pay a second time!!! Thought I'd do a day a trip before I flew out next day. Walked Only a few feet, presents of homeless, crack heads. So thought I'd do my washing instead, was told had to go across busy road to gas station for quarters. Laundry was nothing but disgusting. Doesn't look like ever been cleaned. Had to walk past homeless sitting under steps. People yelling talking loud in carpark behind my room Basketball played in court yard all day and still at 10.30pm at night. Not worth the cheap rate. The worst hotel I've stayed in, since my 7 weeks of traveling. Wasted a day of sightseeing hiding in my room. Do not recommend staying here and if you do, don't leave your room at night . Reception didn't care..She sat on her phone not even acknowledging me.

Great last minute pick

I booked very last minute when I could not board a flight. The area was close to the airport and quiet and fairly safe. I stayed with my adult daughter and felt safe during our stay. The office staff was great and very efficient. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was super comfy too to allow a good nights sleep.

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a hotel. This place is a nightmare straight out of a horror movie and not a single person in charge seemed to care. Doors were left unlocked, bugs were crawling everywhere, and it felt more like a trap house than a hotel. If you value your safety, your health, or even the smallest shred of dignity, do not stay here. Honestly, I hope this dump gets shut down and every last one of the worthless staff loses their jobs. The world would be better off without a place like this pretending to be a hotel.
