I stayed for one night. I brought my 2 dogs. Pros: - Clean hotel overall, and in a very nice area so i felt very safe traveling alone and taking my dogs out at night. - staff very friendly and helpful - overall clean hotel and good breakfast Cons: - The walls/floors sound paper thin. I could hear by upstairs neighbors just walking around which kept me up for hours over night and then again in the morning. - some minor issues in the room like one curain being broke, and part of a baseboard coming off. Overall i enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel. for a quick trip it wasn't that bad

All the floors in the hotel were very dirty. There was some mold in the bathroom. One morning I woke up and went outside and the front desk staff was sleeping at the front desk. Other then that it was okay for a short stay.

Our room was dirty. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that were dirty, and a post it note on the counter that said they were clean. I dont think they added soap or ran it as the door was unlocked. Next, there was no soap at the bathroom sink area, and 4 travel bottles of conditioner. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The shower gel was maybe 1/2 inch left. There were no extra linen in the closet to make up the sofa bed. We had to go back down to the desk and get bedding of which we were given no pillow. After the 2nd day of our stay I thought we would get housekeeping service...well they came and took all our towels and left none. Not one towel. I left a note of the soap we needed and nothing was replaced. They also did not make the bed. I have pictures of everything the way it was left. I stay here every year when we come in town for our family reunion. We were very dissapointed with the appearance of the hotel hallways which were so hot and the carpet looked liked it was never cleaned. Filthy. The matresses were rock hard. The tv in the living room didnt get the same channels as the bedroom. It was just extremely dissapointing and we will not be back next year.

The pull out couch had rips and tears in the arm.We had to go and the retrieve the blankets from the front desk ourselves.They didnt provide any pillows so we had to share from the bed. The tub was perpetually wet and my shower steam set off the smoke alarm at 8am. And we were only provided 2 bath cloths in a suite that sleeps 3 to 4

When elderly handicapp people request room near elevator , stating, we cannot walk far, they really need to LISTEN. instead we got a room as far away as possible and then told we could take a shortcut past swimming pool , OUTSIDE, to get to back of building where room was. keep in mind pushing luggage cart and walking with a cane. we are 86 and 72 yrs. old.

Long wait time for room
