The front desk staff was poor
The front desk lady was the nicest human I’ve ever met that works at a hotel.
Booked this hotel to be close to the airport for a conference. It was decent, but the room was very "fragrant" to cover up prior smoking smell. Carpets were stained, but bed/bath was clean. They tried to charge for parking even though reservation clearly states free parking. Breakfast was sub-par, didn't risk it.

Great stay and extremely quiet considering location to airport. Breakfast was outstanding though we were confused about the Starbucks sign without Starbucks options. Overall, great stay.
I had to get out of Florida before they closed the airport due to a hurricane so I ended up in Charlotte two days before I was to take a bus to a workshop. The hotel felt like a home-away-from home and I was very comfortable. There was a great desk to work at, the internet was fast, the bed was comfortable and it had a nice refrigerator. Carol at the front desk made sure the shuttle found me and Patricia helped me get back to the airport. I received good Southern hospitality and I would highly recommend this hotel. I am a woman traveling solo and I felt very safe. Also, there were a few restaurants within steps, which was helpful too.
It is being over a year I don't travel, and hotels use to fix rooms on a daily basis. This time I had to request this service. Over all, is a great hotel and very friendly staff.
Clean Al, great service and food. We had a good time both times we have stayed here. We will be back.
I was pretty upset the pool was closed I specifically picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a pool for the kids to swim before we flew out.
