Check in was quick & easy. The room was large & exceptionally clean. Everything had its place. I spoke to the front desk regarding I was on 2 stand-by flights out of CLT the next day & perhaps would need a 2nd night's stay. I was offered the same room as to just call throughout the day and keep them informed. The free stuttle could not be more convenient.

When I arrived at the airport I was messaged to calm them to get the shuttle for pickup but no one at the hotel answered and I had to contact central reservations. The room was really dirty, there were stains on the couch and the bed sheets were not properly clean. Breakfast was the only positive with a good selection.
