Great experience! Appreciated the seamless check-in process and keyless entry. Location was perfect for restaurants, events etc. Also appreciated the layout, definitely accommodates two couples , or couple with kids. Parking was only downside however We’ll definitely book again.

This was the perfect choice for my birthday with my girlfriends. The location was a DREAM and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself was comfortable and accommodating. The play kitchen and toys provided kept my 10 month old entertained while we were in the room, the beds were comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen was convenient. The setup of the apartment, with vanities located OUTSIDE of the bathroom space, made getting ready convenient (which with 4 girls needing to do hair and makeup that was a life saver). I would definitely recommend this space for others, and will book it again the next time I find myself in Charlotte.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weedend in Charlotte! I was there with my two daughters and two of their friends for a concert. The apartment had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great, and an easy walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, and the concert venue, etc. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in and check-out instructions were prompt and thorough. I would stay in this apartment again.

Very convenient to everything downtown. Walking distance to everything. Nice balcony with city view. Plenty of space for family of 4-6. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this place. Great location, close to everything. The view from the patio is fabulous! Host was communicative. Coffee is provided which is a plus but there were only two coffee mugs. I would agree with others that the towels could use an upgrade. I did not like providing email & phone for my children as a requirement to rent.

Conference Trip

Great location and very clean and comfortable home for a few days. We were easily able to walk to the convention center and had lots of places to eat close. Also just a block away from a small grocery store for some things to keep in the fridge. We all felt safe in the neighborhood even walking around after eating dinner at night. Thank you so much for the hospitality and follow up during the week. You made our stay much cheaper than hotel rooms and more enjoyable.

This apartment was fairly well represented on VRBO. The one thing I have to note is that the host communications were automated. It was difficult to communicate prior to arriving and I never received the accurate check-in information so check-in was a nightmare. I was able to contact the host but only through text, I could not speak to someone on the phone. This is very distressing when you are trying to get into your unit. In addition, the parking pass that I paid for was not in the unit. I was refunded after several requests but it was a major inconvenience to use the street and paid parking around the building. So while the host was responsive - please know that there is no actual person on-site to help with any issues. It is all remotely managed. If you are travelling with children, the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom are very small and not super sturdy. Overall, the location was perfect for us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. we also appreciated the split floorplan layout and the sinks being outside the bathrooms. that was super convenient! This is a very urban location and you get the customary sights and sounds of being in a city center.
