Welcome to The Eureka - A spacious Victorian-style home in Champaign, which can sleep up to 8 guests in its 4 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois.

This century-old home has been converted into a duplex, offering two private suites or the entire home for rent. The downstairs suite includes 2 King bedrooms, office space, breakfast nook, and a smart TV, while upstairs, you'll another 2 King bedrooms, and a clawfoot bathtub.

Access is easy through the front porch with a keypad entry. The property offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two washer/dryer units, and smart TVs in both the living rooms. Enjoy the front and back porches and the fully enclosed yard.

Please be respectful of quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, and feel free to reach out for assistance during your stay. Your comfort is our priority!

Couches were stained, house very old and needed a lot of work. TV didn’t work right. We had no idea that in order the get to the bathroom you have to go through one of the bedrooms. You couldn’t sit on the deck in fear of falling through the floor boards because they were all rotted out. Check in and check out was easy, owner was very responsive.

A Good Time

While this property was an older house, it was well outfitted for our needs. We were close to any of amenities that we desired. We were grateful for our host's speedy responses to a couple of unexpected glitches.
