Hotel was OK although a bit dated. Many patrons seemed to disregard COVID requirements. Good if you are in a pinch, however, there are better places nearby.
Everyone at this Hotel is awesome. Kind Polite Helpful !!! We will definitely go there again
Location worked well, breakfast was okay, cost of room seems high and it is a bummer that you have to do a 2 night stay when attending an Illini game.
The location is good in that shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The amenities are fantastic: free parking, WiFi, breakfast, evening reception, bar drinks, coffee and tea anytime, soft drinks almost anytime....this is a unique experience for a hotel stay.
I like that pets are allowed with a fixed fee for both of our dogs.
Close to restaurants and interstate. Would stay again.
A wonderful hotel filled with friendly customer service oriented employees
We arrived a little late for the provided food and drinks at 6:45 pm and the food and drinks were only served until 7 pm. If we were to do it over we would try to arrive around 6 pm giving us more time.
The stay would have been splendid even without the happy hour, but that put it in 5+ territory.
The hotel was amazing very very clean very nice staff clean and comfortable rooms nice breakfast free drinks very good experience.
Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Good hotel, safe, courteous.
Pleasant check in, clean room, good breakfast and kickback snacks
Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic ! The kickback and relax dinner was lame. We went one night didn't eat didn't return. Room was huge and comfortable except for the bed pillows.
Great hotel! Would stay again, room was very nice.
Hotel is located right off of the interstate near a lot of shopping if you need anything. The hotel definitely doesn't have a continental breakfast, it is full of many hot food options. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffles & even oatmeal (not instant from a packet). The afternoon "kickback time" is definitely a nice change from the normal hotel experience. From 5:30-7:00 they serve a hot meal with beverages provided. They even provide up to three adult beverages for guests over 21. The pool and hot tub area was nice &the pool could be entered from inside or outside and can swim under a wall to go in or out. The room was a nice size with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & nice tv. The hotel doesn't just provide a bar of soap, there is three liquid dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner in them. The little extra touches like that plus the hot meals provided makes this hotel a great value.
Overall very good. No bathroom air vent. Not enough seating in the dining area. No lotion but other supplies nice.
