Illinois is a joke with the closing of the outdoor pool and breakfast area.

Clean good price.

The receptionist told us there was no room reserved. After we presented our paper confirmation printed documents with the Orbitz #. He found us a smoking room, we reserved no smoking. The room smelled of smoke and so do we. There were flys in the room. We killed 3. Our credit card info was give to Orbitz and we thought to the hotel when we made the reservation. Would you use this Orbitz system again? Would you?

The stay here was fine. The room was definitely not as nice as the picture. It was clean enough, but dated and not very spacious. We were only staying one night, so it did the job. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so that was plus.

Room was quiet and clean, although small. Drapes block out the light. We felt safe. Staff was very helpful and professional when we needed them to put us in a room with easy access and then again to fix problems with electronic key entry mechanism. Plenty of hot water. Room temp easily adjusted and room was comfortable. The property has limited king bed rooms and although we paid for a king, we were put in a room with 2 doubles because they told us they ran out of kings on the lower level. Things worked out well.

Place is getting run down. I understand what’s going on in the world right now but they could at least had coffee in the morning for the guests that was just pure laziness. No tea nothing. They didn’t even care

Clean room, nice staff. Breakfast offerings were slim, fruit didn’t look the best, we went elsewhere.

It was very close to the mall and other places we had to go. They should do a lot better with the continental breakfast.

Everything was very nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was good too.

Friendly staff, but this hotel needs lots of attention. While the room was not dirty, we didn't feel comfortable taking our shoes off fin the room or sitting on the couch. The sink wouldn't drain and the tub/shower dripped and couldn't be shut off.

Inviting, clean, staff was friendly, Wi-Fi worked great!

Room met our needs - however it was too loud with the railroad near by and we found that we heard trains ALL night long. Breakfast was minimal and coffee was okay.

Convenient, clean, reasonably priced spot for a quick overnight. Decent WiFi and a good desk setup for work. Would stay here again.
