They lost my reservation. I was unable to cancel or modify it in the app. They could not help me. They charged me for a different room (2 queen beds) even though I had already paid to stay there thru Expedia. No one could understand. They issued me several sets of keys that didn’t work. The upper floors need replacement carpeting. Did not receive maid service.

It was ok. Room was nice and breakfast was decent. There were just so many signs that were so threatening and put our family on edge. Signs that stated that no one was to be in the lobby from 10 pm to 6 am, threatening cleaning costs if anything got dirty, statements about no visitors being allowed at all, one warning otherwise tossed out signs for quiet hours. In addition there were signs about replacements of the carpets and lights which made sense but added to the excessive signage. It made us feel unwelcome and unwanted. We were worried about doing anything wrong and being charged for it. We are still worried after checking out. Overall, we did not feel welcome to stay and could not relax for the evening. We have no plans to return this hotel.

Nice room. Great breakfast.

The room was in a great location for taking my dog out to go potty. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, bagels, chobani yogurt, muffins, waffles and fruit. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. We liked that the room had no carpet. There were kids running until after 10:00pm and it sounded like a herd of elephants. I was worried the noise would cause my dog to bark but he didn’t. Luckily they quieted down sometime after 10:20 so we could go to sleep.

Reserved a standard room, was given an "Accessible" room. IF I WANTED AN ACESSIBLE ROOM, I WOULD'VE RESERVED ONE! Also, too many signs stuck up all over the place--gives off a very negative vibe .NOT a BW Plus, in our opinion.

Rooms look to have been remolded lately which was great. The walls seem very thin as could hear room next door along with everyone that ran/walked up/down the hallway. Breakfast wasn’t very good, only one taster that didn’t work very well. One waffle iron and the eggs weren’t overly warm and sausage was sitting in container of either grease or water.
