The room odor suggested both smoke and possible mold.

Very dirty .

Fitness room was not available because of a lock issue. Seems strange because if there was a lock issue on a room it would have been fixed immediately. The room was dirty. Hair from a previous guest was in the shower (was it even cleaned or missed??). The bedspread had cigarette burns in it and the room smelled like it had been smoked in - even though it was considered a non-spoking room. The front desk folks were fantastic but felt like they didn't have much control over what was happening. The breakfast was adequate.

Overall the property was clean and big enough and a great space

Basic run of the mill motel. Nothing too exciting. Room had a little bit of a closed up/musty smell, but good for spending one night or so.

I liked the fact the room was clean the bed sheets were clean too this time . I didn’t had a iron or iron board the hair dryer stopped working luckily I had my own. I did not liked the fact that they changed me extra for the safe I don’t use that thing and they should tell the customer about the extra charge and void it nobody wants a surprise charge when checking out.

Like they have free wifi. The water in the sink came out like a trickle.

Hotel was in bad shape by all standards. Wyndham needs to step up there game at this one...gross!

Hotel room was nice, shower had paint peeling from ceiling and mold around corner floor to wall area behind toilet. The. Rest of the room was maintained Very well.

I was supposed to have a two queen bed room, wasn't available so I was moved to a smoking room. I didn't think a smoking room would bother me, but the smell so was overwhelming I had difficulty breathing. There was also evidence of water damage on the ceiling with the ceiling sagging in areas so my breathing difficulty could have been mold related. The shower in the bathroom had a large hole in the surround that was partially patched, dirt around the walls where the vacuum didn't clean, burn holes in the blankets, and burn marks on the tub edge. Dirty paint on walls, and filthy ceiling in bathroom, mold or smoke and steam leaving dark black spots. It was fathers weekend at the college and was unable to hang out in the room with my daughter so had to leave early. Very disappointed especially with the high rate charged because of father weekend availability. I believe the Days Inn chain should review this franchise. Especially, room 132.

No one ever answeredfront desk phone after we checked on

Arrived late in the evening and were given a smoking room after specifically requesting a non-smoking room. Called the front desk and he told us to meet him at Room 138. Went it to that room and found it to be musty smelling, but at least not smoky, so we accepted it. After settling in and getting comfortable, we found that there was a wet spot on the floor in front of the vanity. Put a towel on it and found it to be significantly more than a wet spot- the whole towel got completely soaked. At least it was only water. Figured we would deal with it in the morning. The light of day revealed the room was dirtier and in worse shape than it had looked the previous night. Front door had seen many rough days, bathroom tile was peeling away, well-burnished stains in the walls. The mold and mustiness had gotten to us and given us both headaches. The staff was apologetic and we were able to get a third room that was dry and not smelly at least for the 2nd night.

There was stains on the bedding and on the walls. The shower head had hardly any water pressure.

Showed up early and was able to get into our room. Was assigned an second floor (218) and need an first floor access, The registrar was very accommodating. She moved us to room 132. She even had room service make sure the room was clean and presentable. Very nice. The overall property appearance had an rundown look, but signs were up to make remodeling was in process. The breakfast bar was good and had an vast selections. On the first night, we asked for an good pizza place and the attendant went out their way and helped find the location and get the phone number. The customer service for the site was excellent. Thank you.

We booked a room here last minute after deciding to drive down for an Illinois football game. Perfectly adequate for one night. Quiet and close enough that an Uber downtown was less than $10.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your stay with us. It is great to know that you liked how clean our room and linens were. We are sorry for any inconvenience with there being no ironing board or iron in the room. We only have those items available at our front desk. We wish we would have known about the hair dryer malfunctioning. We would have immediately gotten it replaced for you. We have safes in all of our rooms, but due to security reasons, we are not allowed to ask anyone at check in if they are using the safe or not. Our guests are able to get that money back if they did not use it. If you are ever in the area, again, we would love an opportunity to better serve you.
