Adequate. No cleaning service. A manager told me it was something i had to request on check in and I should've been asked. Odd for a four night stay. He apologized politely and said he'd give me 20% off as consideration. Sounded fair to me. They didn't then discount the bill. Will avoid in the future

I paid extra to have 2 Queen beds and when I got to my room it was obvious that they were not Queen beds, they were Fulls. I have a Queen bed at home, but according to the front desk I was wrong and they have never had an issue before. The breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting, neither us or the kids could eat there and ended up going out for breakfast. Even if we wanted to eat there you would have had to fight off the other guests. There was a lot of rude and inconsiderate people staying there while we were. When we checked out I asked for a final bill. The printer was down, but they promised to email me. It has been almost a week and I still have not received the email. I won't be staying there again or at any Holiday Inn Express for that matter.
