Not the way I expected from Marriott‼️
It was very clean. When I asked for room service they would come right away they were very kind.It was so worth it the pool area also very cleaned thank you for an amazing time. I would definitely go there again and would recommend my friends and family to go there.
Absolutely ludicrous being charged $10.00 per day to park. A total ripoff!! Nowhere in anything I read did it say there would be a charge for parking!! Nowhere did it say that the pool was closed or that there would be no hot breakfast which was 2 of the reasons we decided to stay there. The Hvac unit being in the bedroom closet made It difficult to sleep because of the noise. Insufficient amount of toilet paper. (Not even one extra roll!!). You really couldn’t tell who the staff members (especially the front desk person) are because they don’t wear uniforms or identification badges.One morning I missed the grab and go breakfast that was provided by 3 minutes and when I asked for a couple of the muffins that were out she huffed,walked away and came back with couple and damn near slammed them into my head.At that point I was hesitant to ask for toilet paper,an extra washcloth and some paper towels.When I did I got the same damn huff and attitude and the feeling like she was doing me favor.Overall extremely poor customer service on her part.I was afraid to ask for her name and she wasn’t wearing any ID. The room itself was dark and dingy even with the lights on,not inviting at all. Chairs and sofa were very uncomfortable. One of the drawers in the dresser in the bedroom was broken so that drawer could not be used. There weren’t nearly enough hangers in the closet and I had to fix 1 of the doors myself!! I will NEVER EVER book a room with a Mariott property again. Just awful!!

They are always so accommodating at the MRI Holtsville. And a full hot breakfast is always key!
We stayed at the Residence Inn for a getaway night because of the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The setup certainly did not disappoint and the room was immaculate and comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast too.
Hotel stay was fantastic! Staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed the daily breakfast as well as the early evening snacks. Hotel was very clean and very pet friendly! My only complaints are the suite bedroom was too small to move around the bed and their hotel billing folios were a bit confusing. BUT we will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the entire staff - front desk, housekeeping and the facilities team for a wonderful stay! :-)
Great space for an overnight gathering with friends. The suite layout was perfect for relaxing, snacking, etc. Close enough to walk to a restaurant for dinner and drinks! The breakfast buffet was pretty good, too.
Hotel room was spacious, clesensly and had all the amenities fridge and full kitchen was great to have big plus!!! Would recommend to other friends and family location is great right off LIE next to a couple food places and a movie theater!

This hotel was everyting we needed and then some. 2 TV's, full kitchen, and a comfortable bed, oh and can't forget about the free breakfast that was surprisingly awesome!!
Good hotel for a large group - comfortable, convenient to 495, and spacious.
Residenc Inn rooms are more like mini apartments. I love the full kitchen and the fact that I can get a one bedroom suite seperated.
I had a very nice stay with my wife and son. Nice Pool and quality breakfast.

Me and my children stayed at the residence inn ,Marriott and it was nice , they had continental breakfast and dinner , people were nice and helpful ,pool wasn't to big but fine . The was a little dirty and and didnt have much for the children to do ,didn't supply us with enough towels , wash clothes and toilet paper and when called took a long time to come other then that I liked it ! very quiet and relaxing!
Return visitor to this hotel, room is well laid out, helpful staff took care of moving the room away from elevator on request with no problems. Clean and comfortable. Location is great (multiplex, good eats and expressway) out the door.
